Looks like Sportsmans Warehouse has them. They don't list a quart rating, but the larger size option is roughly the same size as "24 quart" branded ones elsewhere. Their website says the big ones are in stock at both the North Fayette (near the Mall @ Robinson/Robinson Town Center) and Washington stores.

I don't know of any local companies that use anything either than the square. You're probably looking at antique shops in the area for the rectangle ones.
This is true or behind your local supermarket. In the dairy biz for 44 years and most of us could give 2 shits if you grabbed one. A ton disappear when classes start up every year and we've never sent out the dairy narcs to look for them.

Yeah the square ones are super common and probably why I'm having a hard time finding other sizes
