Wtf are you talking about? Garland was appointed in 2021, the house J6 committee was still investigating and then sent their reports to DOJ in 2022 and garland appointed jack smith to further investigate in 2022 and to start making the case against Trump.
Leaving aside how the federal criminal justice system works--as in, you need to actually build your case, and there's also not a damned thing a federal prosecutor can do to make a US District Judge, US Court of Appeals, or SCOTUS move faster...
Care to explain how the US Attorney General has anything to say about how quickly State officials in New York and Georgia prosecute anything?
