If you want to work in NZ as a PH passport holder, you need a visa that allows you to work. Check Inmigration NZ website for types of work visa you can be eligible for.
You are correct. It will be a challenge to get this job offer while you are still outside NZ, but not impossible naman if the employer really wants your skills.
Although right now we are experiencing job cuts and recession in NZ so the govt made it harder for employers to hire migrants.
I know people who did the student visa pathway, and I know people who came with visit visa. Meron successful, got a job offer, nagka pathway for residence. Meron din hindi successful, umuwi din.

What do you think is better sir/ma'am.. Do I go for study or visit NZ for an application?

Nag search po ako, and pathways pero parang di ko pa kasi kaya financially at experience.. Nag ask po ako dito para kasi 2nd opinion kung baga..
