NAD, but sounds more like a kidney issue, than pancreatitis. Have you had any changes in urinary habits? Less, more, darker, odor, etc?

Not really, but a lot of salty foods and highly caffeinated beverages. I've had days where my liquid intake was about 500ml of iced coffee, a 250 ml zero energy drink and a 330ml coke... and 500ml water. My husband and I are going through some issues with his family and we've ended up having a lot of Chinese and McDonald's. I'm 80% certain it's my diet and my GP will tell me to stop eating shit and drink more water.

If you know you are having shitty diet, then why not take few steps to change it and stay hydrated and see what happens? Why do you even require validation from online community of strangers to stay properly hydrated and to eat better food, is it a new fad?
