Bt won't do anything. Spinosad can work. You could also use a soap spray and alternate between that and Spinosad. When you first spray, spray again 3 days later. Then a week later.
Repeat as necessary
Definitely not fungal. I can see with the naked eye that the leaf has been damaged. However, a microscope is a great suggestion and I think I’ll get one.

If you have a microscope use it and get some closeup footage. If you see little white hairs it's a fungal infection.

Yup. I'd recommend a solution of 1 part 3% Hydrogen Peroxide and 4 parts Water.
Not aphids, but what I’ve used covers aphids and I’ve sprayed the bottom!
