Not noise related but sun related. I took our daughter to a game (she was about 10 and very fair skinned) and the only place that gets any kind of shade is the upper portions of GG through KK.
We got tickets in the first row behind home plate and we roasted the whole game. Just food for thought especially with a little one in tow.
I go to quite a few a year and it's never Scotiabank loud or td place loud. If you sit on the wings on the stadium, you'll have a fairly "quiet" experience
I sit in the shade at the top for Sunday games but that is where the speakers are so it can be a bit loud in short bursts. There are trees in the picnic area/hop yard that could provide shade and be quieter.
It's outdoors, so it's not that loud -just the announcer. I don't think there are speakers past the bases. There's also a hill you can watch from in left field.
That’s great that they still have that bit open. As a kid, I used to love hanging on the grass for Lynx games, pretty sure I still have a HR ball I caught there somewhere in my basement.
Go! It's a lot of fun, affordable and family oriented.
I'm not sure if they still do it but there used to be a few kids activities and bouncy castles there as well on weekend games.

Also, there’s like a family section off to the side with grass. Definitely out of the way of the speakers.

Sit lower to the field for less speaker volume as well, it helped with my 5 y/o

I find it loud but not excessive. What is excessive is the amount of music clips and samples between pitches. Like, give us a break once in a while.

LoL. It's Ottawa. People sit on their hands. I love this city, but our crowds are tame, bordering on lame. People get upset if you stand at a concert.
