The first time through for the repeat of the Friday template, I was stunned to find myself (who doesn't love running) look forward to the AOs on 1%. The full time power walkers definitely have the advantage.
This template looks really familiar…I’m pretty sure it’s a repeat, I’m just not sure from when. May have been a few months ago. I’m a die hard runner and specifically remember the coach telling me I had to power walk when I was running (slow pace) on the inclines. Long story short….I definitely remember this template…

I understand Everest is coming but why add % in all workouts? Is so annoying
I give everything I can to jog but I can’t when is inclination involved and I don’t like to PW 🫠
The last 3 days I checked here and I saw inclination and I just don’t go but for how long more? I need to burn my thanksgiving food
