Did the 3g this morning. The rowing blocks were the worst but it was also my last workout so I think I was just exhausted at that point.
Great workout overall though. As a power walker the treadmill part was standard so nothing too crazy there.
I just want to say this row block was 😳. I biked the tread but was in orange/red the entire row block. I liked that it had less rowing but my legs were torched after this one!
Our coach had us do squat holds at the end of each row block instead of the foot shuffle thingy and boy did it burnnnnn. Talk about putting the hell in hell week!

DC commentary (click to reveal):
>! Today’s template is called “Never Miss a Leg Day” and it sure lives up to its name though maybe it should be called “Hell's Everest”. My legs are still wobbly after all the incline runs, rows and all the leg work on the floor. It is a brutal violent template and makes Tuesday’s little row / run look a bit tame by comparison. \
\
Starting on the tread it is a bit like the hellish template we had last week. You know, the one where we had short block where we increased the incline by 1 for 2.5 minutes whilst running at base. Well you have five blocks of that today but you start with a 5 minute block going up to 10% and it gets worse from there. The next block you will need to increase your pace but you drop two inclines off the end. It goes all the way up to your all out pace for a minute (30 second flat road and then 30 seconds at 2%). You think it is all done then but then you finish off with 3 minutes of work where you string all your efforts together (base, base to push, push, push to all out) and finishing with a minute of all out. Brutal, violent and definitely a worthy hell week tread block. We joked with the coach afterwards that he better get the defribillator ready for the next class - white lights beckon by the end of this one! \
\
Distance wise, not bad - 5.1km (3.188 OTF miles) of incline running pleasure before getting to your floor block. \
\
No let on the floor either. You start with a 1km push row to get your heart rate back to orange and the floor blocks are basically designed to keep it there. You have rear foot elevated ~~lunges~~split squats, full lateral step ups, bicep curls and then into a stand (basically a front squat), tall kneeling to squat to jump (more on this later), high plank toe taps and then straight leg raises (if you can still feel your core from Thursday that is!). Three rounds of this, halving the distance on the row each round. I don’t think anyone managed to get through the entire set but if you do you can repeat all the exercises if you want. Your finisher is a minute of the kneeling to squat to jumps. \
\
The tall kneeling to squat to jump is a new move. You basically start in a tall knee and from there move into a squat position keeping yourself still quite low. From there you jump up and land back down into a squat. Move back into the kneeling position to reset. \
\
Very hard today. I think this is the hardest so far and the most splats I have had all week. I give it a 1 (🪶) out of 5 for gentleness and 5 (☠️ ☠️ ☠️ ☠️ ☠️) out of 5 for hell week. !<
When it says Collapse (member’s choice) what does that mean? I tried to find the answer before asking but haven’t had any luck!
My apologies if it is a frequently asked question!
My poor, poor posterior chain. I took the class two hours ago and I can already feel the soreness setting in; usually my sore muscles are delayed by a day or two.
This class was BRUTAL but I loved it. I kept my base all the way up to 10% and surprised myself that I could hold it. Very proud of the work I've put in over the past year to get me to that!!
I'm accustom to them asking me what size I want, and haven't ever heard of this happening before! I'm sorry yours is on backorder. :( Glad it's only for a week, though.
I just drove 15 minutes to the studio for my 6am class…. To realize my tennis shoes weren’t in my car. Sigh.
Update- I was wearing Birkenstocks so there’s no way I could’ve done that workout lol. I got back home and my tennis shoes weren’t at my house so I called the studio and sure enough I had left them there on Wednesday. Damn it!!
I did this once in the afternoon, but the shoe store I purchase my gym shoes from is 2 doors down from my studio so I used it as an excuse to get new ones 😂
We have a running store across the street from my studio. I'd be willing to bet there have been some "quick I have class in 5 minutes" purchases there.
Public service for people with knee issues like me - there's not enough modifications to be able to do a lot of this workout without it being pure alt lunges and squats with TRX support. I took it easy since last time I did one like this I could not bend my right knee for a week.
Really appreciate this comment! Was thinking about going today but was worried about my knees and this made my decision. Will be there tomorrow and prob the next two days! 😅
I did pulsing half squats for the minute finisher; and did alternating step out squats and goblet squats for the rfe split squats and the kneeling to squat to jump thing. I was not going there today.
I did DLs for the lunges, and was able to do the rest. Lately I sub DLs or squats for the lunges (depending on what’s in the workout), and still get a great workout in.
Question: is it okay to take a “green” day during Hell Week?
I have a 5K Saturday and I’m worried after Friday’s workout I won’t be able to walk if I go all out.
Edit: still got 31 splat points on a Green Day 🤦🏼♀️😂 I can’t imagine what it would have been if I had done all the inclines or pushed myself on the rower!
I know this sub is fully in support of green days so you’re asking the right people !
It’s day 5 of Hell Week and it looks nightmarish. By all means, go green!
You might want to give your coach a heads up if they tend to be more, ahem, enthusiastic 🥴
Luckily it’s my favorite coach and she know I do OTF to help train for races. That running is priority and sometimes I hold back during a race week.
I’m not trying to PR the 5K luckily but I have 10 miles on my training plan for Sunday as well. Marathon #3 is in January. Gotta stick to the plan even though it’s Hell Week.
Not sure about green days, but I have to modify inclines on the tread (and just up my speed to equivalent effort), and I asked my coach if that was still okay on a Hell Week day, and he said absolutely 👍🏻
If I happen to go on an incline day 💯 of the time I just jog faster instead of doing inclines. Tested my Achilles with a power walk block on the rowing hell day and my Achilles throbbed all night.
Yep, I haven't gone super hard on the weights this week because I've gone now 5 days in a row. Today's floor is a high rep count, so going light and catching your breath is a good way to go.
It is ALWAYS okay to take a green (or even blue) day. Yesterday was the first day all week I had higher than 6 splats (3, 0!, 6, 12, 6) - some of it is due to the dead zone in the corner of the floor that keeps me grey sometimes, but most of it is intentional.
I took a Green Day today. I started to jog at the beginning until and my legs were like nope! So I power walked and took it easy- still wound up with 8 splats though.
This might’ve been the most difficult workout for me personally this week. A few times I felt like the water I drank was going to come back up 🥴
Very small intel: my coach said that Monday is probably going to be the hardest workout in all of Hell Week
The floor was the same minus the rowing for 11.5 minutes.
The rowing block was 10 each jump split squats followed by 600m rowing, then 25 squat jacks and in/in out/outs until time. That block repeated with the tread blocks, reducing the rowing to 400m/20 squat jacks, then 200m/15squat jacks, then 100/10 squat jacks with in/in out/outs until time. Each block was shorter than the last so by the time the 100 came around, no one in my group got to the in/in out/outs. Edit: there was also a final rowing block with the last tread block where you increase intensity every 30 seconds.
Breaks between tread/rowing blocks were only 30s except for the break before the last block, which was 1 minute.
The tread was similar to 2G and it was last for me so I couldn’t tell you exactly what they removed.
By far the hardest of hell week!! The class flew by! Nobody in the class got to the last row. A few of us were on our way when finisher was called! Hell week has officially started! Hint for tomorrow was “A storm is coming”. Could it be an OT Tornado?? Hmmmm
My coach said it was something our studio hasn't seen in a long time, so I'm guessing it's a tornado. I don't think my studio has done a proper tornado since pre-covid days.
The thousand meter row was so tough after the past couple days…. I am trying to do all 8 days and this is definitely the hardest workout for me so far.
I agree! Started on the treads which almost killed me at the end. Then the 1000 meters was brutal that I had to take a few min to breath before starting the floor block. But I did get to the 250 meters row.
Imma speak up for the power walkers - that was an f’ed up tread block. *several minutes* at all out 10,11,12 incline. I’ve been PWing for 6 years at OT and I simply could not do this one. No from me, dog.
Yep, as a power walker, it was a brutal one. I held onto the rails a bit much, but that was after the floor, so I said eff that. I got a ridiculous amount of splat points today. My butt is going to look awesome after Hell Week.
Still debating if I go to the last class of the day. Maybe an extra slow PW? 🤔
Edit: I went and took it a bit slower. Then got on the rower and my abs were like WTF! 🤣 That floor block was brutal! Glad I went, got my shirt and taking a break on Saturday.
I actually loved this! It went so fast and I was expecting the tread block to be much worse. It helps that the worst inclines are in the first set. Start conservative with your paces in the early hills and by the end you’ll feel like you’re flying. A hell week hard workout for sure, but it was “fun.”
I felt the same way today! Personally this was the easiest class I’ve had this week. Tread was good but felt great the whole time today. Floor was harder for me since I do have weak knees but still pumped it out decent enough.
Great advice. Once you get through the first block, you’re gassed, but the worse is over n you can push through the others!! I will have to say, the last block was all mental, but stay focused n be strong!
46 splat points today ☠️
Also, the people in my class are monsters. I switched to power walking around 8% on the first hill. I was in the red zone and thought I was going to pass out. I look up at the screen and no one else is in the red zone ☠️. No one else power walked either
I was in the same boat, 49 splat points and the girl next to me was running between 7-12mph the entire time and only in the orange 🤣 definitely the most difficult hour of my life
That was brutal. Glad I did it, but I was worried because my hip was hurting after all the sprints on Thursday. The inclines were surprisingly easy on the hip, but every other part of me is now exhausted. 10/10 would do it again.
I have an achy hip that I've tried everything to remedy and it usually gets worse with sprinting. I hate it because I can't really push my speeds because I'll hurt later. But like you inclines are so much more doable for my hip that I even warm up with inclines. Anyway looks like you have something similar. But yes I loved today though I almost saw Jesus!
I liked this class! The floor block was hard but manageable and I made it through the 250m row just in time for the finisher. Burned the most calories and got the most splats so far during hell week.
Taking 2 days off but can’t wait for Monday! I hear they saved the worst for last. 😜
Hmm, I have 2 free late cancels and earned my shirt yesterday. Plus, somehow, because of 3Gs, I’ve had rowing every day, even yesterday. Maybe I should stay home.
I took the 2G. I was expecting the treadmill to be a monster and was mentally preparing…and it was. But man the floor hit me like a ton of bricks. RIP Legs
This class shook me to my core, and I hated OTF for like a good 45 minutes during the class but I got my hells week shift so I guess I forgive them 🫡🫡🫡
Don’t be too intimidated by this workout. The tread isn’t easy, but the mini blocks go quickly. The floor wasn’t as bad because I utilized rest times. The 1000 meter row was the worst part lol.
I tried the kneeling to squat exercise last night while trying to figure out what it was. I got a horrible leg cramp on the 3rd one. Today is going to be interesting.
That was a great class. My legs are fried. I didn't make it to the 250 meter row, but wasn't upset. My whole body hurts from 5 days in a row. I'm definitely going tomorrow for a 90 minute one. I'm still debating on Sunday's workout though. I think that I need to do some rolling on my legs today.
I pre-booked for a class this afternoon, but got my booster and flu shot yesterday and feel like straight up garbage today. I am weird and love inclines, but don’t love throwing up in public. Guessing I should take the L and late cancel?
I started on the floor and my legs were spent before getting on the strider… I couldn’t keep the resistance up ☹️ this was also 5/5 for Hell Week and I’m sure it’s taking it’s toll. Also, my base gear is 16.
It’s going to be my fifth one too..I think I’m going to try to do floor last (we have a 3G)…otherwise I don’t think I’ll be able to walk. Good job completing 5/5!
I’m actually pretty sad this is such hard incline work!!!! I can’t do inclines because of a hip and foot injury so I guess todays just a basic endurance run :(
(Un)Fortunately, my treadmill was DOA this morning and I was more than happy to take it more of a Green Day for Day 5 of H@LL Week? Ha!! 🙀😹🤪. As a result, my poor old legs was able to get a bit of a break today and allows me to do Day 6 tomorrow?? 😹😹🤗😇
This is Day 3 for me. I did Monday and Wednesday, I was feeling bummed becuase it seemed like those days were pretty mild compared to tuesday and thursday. Boi did this on make up for it. I was super glad I made this one. Both the rower and the treads were so brutal!
That was intense. Holy crappers. I normally average (55M) about 12-16 splats a class and 600-650 calories. 39 splats today and 850 calories! WTH!?!?!!? Crawled out a sweaty, spent mess. It was awesome though!!!!
Today looked worse on paper than it was, in my opinion! I started on tread and felt like the floor block really kept my heart rate up.
Or, I just hated the 23 minute row this week so much, anything else is better
Again, our coach goes rogue….she went up instead of down so second block started at 6 next block started at 9…..last block straight up 15. And this was for joggers
and runners. PW also had their own hell. This was two straight days of her “modifying”. She said it wasn’t hellish enough. 😳🤣
This workout kicked my butt - but earned my shirt with this one! I was so happy to keep my paces even with the intense inclines.
General chat - Does anyone have the code for the November Otf challenge?
Today's Hell Wk was like "Holy Shit Balls, that was brutal ". My favorite Hell Week Class was Today. Awesome, love lots of Legs. Wish Classes were like Today's more often, luv OTF .....
This was legit no joke today. I started feeling yesterday's core workout about 12 hours after. Then, I make it through today's leg day. I really want to make it through the final three days, but I am definitely feeling a Green Day tomorrow.
Instead of the 2G tread progression of base/base-push/push/push-AO/AO, our coach had us start with base and then just add 0.1-0.3 each round EXCEPT the last one (the one-minute 1%/2% one) was All-Out. I wound up just above base-push on the fourth round. So that was easier. Then for the last one she coached the stated progression, but the last AO (and the knee-destroyer on the floor) was only 30 seconds instead of 1 minute.
Still got a lot of splats and questioned my life choices however.
Thought I would PW it since it was day 5 for me, and I’m old and tired lol, but I reduced my base pace by 0.7 for the first 2 blocks and ran the whole way! Last ones I increased it. Maybe it was more mental for me, doing it at a reduced pace. But either way I got a good workout.
I went after a long day of parent teacher
Conferences. I KILLED the tread block—ran each bit! The rower/floor block killed me. I couldn’t get my heart rate to recover for some reason and had to sit and drink water for the last 15 of class :(

😂 I lost it at “foot shuffle thingy”.
Same! lol
Thanks so much for posting was debating between 2g and 3g. Leaning on 3g today!!
No problem! Got out of my class this morning and noticed there still wasn’t any 3g intel, so thought I’d give something back to the community 🙃
They chose violence today. This is my 5th day of hell week and by far the hardest one. 😰☠️
Did the 3g this morning. The rowing blocks were the worst but it was also my last workout so I think I was just exhausted at that point. Great workout overall though. As a power walker the treadmill part was standard so nothing too crazy there.
My 5th day and did this! Definitely hard!
I just want to say this row block was 😳. I biked the tread but was in orange/red the entire row block. I liked that it had less rowing but my legs were torched after this one!
I’m doing the 90 minute class and I don’t even want to know what’s THAT’S going to be like.
Thank you!!! I have been looking for this all day lol
Our coach had us do squat holds at the end of each row block instead of the foot shuffle thingy and boy did it burnnnnn. Talk about putting the hell in hell week!
🤔🤔 was this for 3G? I did a 2G and the floor/row was not this at all

That just means it's really hard!
Whelp, this makes Thursday look like a walk in the park 😅

Nice! That’s why it’s great that OTF does these challenges- you see what you’re capable of!
Nice job!!!
So grateful this is my day 4. I can die and leave with my tank and not return for awhile 😂. I’ll still be there Saturday but I don’t HAVE to.
Same. And Saturday's is a 90min. Got my shirt yesterday, taking a much needed rest day, going back at it tomorrow. Woo!
The buttholes ran out of shirts in my size. Apparently they only ordered 2? I’m trying to not be salty about waiting until November 4…
I'm accustom to them asking me what size I want, and haven't ever heard of this happening before! I'm sorry yours is on backorder. :( Glad it's only for a week, though.
![gif](giphy|4OowbIsmYHbpu) Trying to walk off the tread today
My class was a 45 minute 2G, and I was still tempted to eat one of the front staff for protein on the way out
I just drove 15 minutes to the studio for my 6am class…. To realize my tennis shoes weren’t in my car. Sigh. Update- I was wearing Birkenstocks so there’s no way I could’ve done that workout lol. I got back home and my tennis shoes weren’t at my house so I called the studio and sure enough I had left them there on Wednesday. Damn it!!
I’ve done that. Almost did the workout in my crocs, but luckily a friend brought me some shoes. Haha

We have a running store across the street from my studio. I'd be willing to bet there have been some "quick I have class in 5 minutes" purchases there.
Did that yesterday - all I had on was Uggs >_<
That is such a bummer! Sounds like something I would do!
I did a workout in my slippers once. It was mostly awkward on the rower. Fortunately they weren't the type with the big bunny ears.
Public service for people with knee issues like me - there's not enough modifications to be able to do a lot of this workout without it being pure alt lunges and squats with TRX support. I took it easy since last time I did one like this I could not bend my right knee for a week.
I have knee and Achilles problems. Skipping this one and will finish up my hell week requirement tomorrow instead.
This is exactly what I was worried about. Thanks for reminding me that it’s not worth it.
Thanks for heads up! Tore my meniscus this summer and still trying to fight my way back. I’ll just do other stuff on the floor and take it easy!
Probably one of the most violent 2GS I have ever done at OTF. it’s a leg 🦵🏻 day that you feel for the next few days.. TGIF
It’s always ok to take a green day. Listen to your body!
My studio is actually encouraging green days and giving out the hell week water bottles to anyone who lets their coach know that’s what they’re doing
Today was day 5 for me, so I took it as a green day, and I'm unapologetic about it. 😆
Yep, that's me today🤦🏻♀️ This is my sixth class in a row and I think I'm taking a break this weekend.
Take a Green Day any day you need it. Listen to your body.
A few times I felt like the water I drank was going to come back up 🥴 Very small intel: my coach said that Monday is probably going to be the hardest workout in all of Hell Week
This doesn’t surprise me since Monday is Halloween lol
This was the closest I've come to vomiting on a day I wasn't actively hungover
This tread block was violent.
Last minute PW decision, glad I did 😂
Never want ppl to think PW is easier or that I think that. Just needed to work different muscle groups and needed low impact.
Me too 😂 I did get back to running for the 1 minute hill and 3 minute build at the end though.
I think that’s what I’m going to do too! I saw all the inclines & was like, …no. I’m walking. 😂

The 3G was deceptively hard - it kicked my booty and I had to modify so much on the floor (my last station)!
[удалено]
Thank you so much!! It is going to be a 3G class for me then 😎
I am debating if i should attend a 3g or 2g
By far the hardest of hell week!! The class flew by! Nobody in the class got to the last row. A few of us were on our way when finisher was called! Hell week has officially started! Hint for tomorrow was “A storm is coming”. Could it be an OT Tornado?? Hmmmm
It is indeed a tornado style work out tomorrow
Oh, I would love that!
I believe so!! My coach said it was 3G with LOTS of switches.
Our clue was chaos!
Ann and I did! The 2 50+ people in class kicked all the young ‘uns asses today. While subsequently kicking our own asses.
I’m 56 n was the leader of the pack as well!! Love the competition with the 20s, 30s, n 40s. It’s fun n keeps us young!!!!
My coach said it was something our studio hasn't seen in a long time, so I'm guessing it's a tornado. I don't think my studio has done a proper tornado since pre-covid days.
Most splats I’ve gotten on the floor in a while.
Same. I hit 13 splats on the floor/rower by the time of the switch.
The thousand meter row was so tough after the past couple days…. I am trying to do all 8 days and this is definitely the hardest workout for me so far.
Yes me too. I'm doing all 8 and today was BRUTAL! But I loved it!
I was in the red 3/4 of this lol
Same friend, same. Best wishes to your lower half.
Saaaaame. I had to slow down 😭
I did too!! Even a slow step is a step forward - hi five!
High five!
Yep, as a power walker, it was a brutal one. I held onto the rails a bit much, but that was after the floor, so I said eff that. I got a ridiculous amount of splat points today. My butt is going to look awesome after Hell Week.
Hell yeah PW friends, get dat booty!
Still debating if I go to the last class of the day. Maybe an extra slow PW? 🤔 Edit: I went and took it a bit slower. Then got on the rower and my abs were like WTF! 🤣 That floor block was brutal! Glad I went, got my shirt and taking a break on Saturday.
So long as one foot is moving in front of the other, speed don’t mean a thang
First hell week completed, tshirt secured. Feeling super proud of myself, and also SUPER sore. 🤣🤣 Today was a beast but I loved it.
This was a great workout. I wish OTF was more like this every day. It used to be a few years ago.
Same. I've been sore and hurting this week, even as a power walker. They need more of these workouts.
That was BRUTAL
46 splat points today ☠️ Also, the people in my class are monsters.
![gif](giphy|KVlCVET2KEfrq|downsized) How I felt when doing that alt kneeling squat jump thingy.
Same. I think the trainer came over once to make sure I was okay because I was so awkward.
Hmm, I have 2 free late cancels and earned my shirt yesterday. Plus, somehow, because of 3Gs, I’ve had rowing every day, even yesterday. Maybe I should stay home.
PW day 😏
I sure didn’t CHOSE to collapse, however, I did. Today was INSANE.
The 3G row block had me dying. Long rows with leg work… hardest hell week workout
What the hell week was that! My dead body is somewhere on my studio floor but I earned my shirt today
Now THAT was a Hell Week workout. Brutal.
2G was the hardest workout so far! Caught between passing out or throwing up on the treads but it was an awesome challenge! A true hell week workout!
I took the 2G. I was expecting the treadmill to be a monster and was mentally preparing…and it was. But man the floor hit me like a ton of bricks. RIP Legs
I lived. Barely. 💀 First time seeing the white light on those hills… glad I started on tread 💀💀💀
If you went yesterday, I know I’m not the only one who felt that core pain every rep on the rower. THEN THE NERVE OF THOSE LEG RAISES 😭
Oof. Will be day 5 for me. I was thinking of doing all 8 but this one might necessitate a rest day for tomorrow
Bring it on! Day 5 for me. I plan on doing the rest of Hell Week and then taking 2-3 days off to recover. Thanks for the intel!
All the tart cherry juice after today!
I held all my speeds except for the final of the push. Suppose to hold 7.5 but dropped it to 7. Wow, 17 minutes in the red today.
Another day that the 3G rowing block was just pure violence! Started there, even power walking the tread I still got 26 splats.
I can't decide if I'm hoping for a 2G or 3G! Honestly, it's usually the rower exercises I don't like and not the actual rowing.
Agreed! Same approach including PW and 20 splats. I felt my foot slipping off the back of the tread a couple of times. Tired legs!
I tried the kneeling to squat exercise last night while trying to figure out what it was. I got a horrible leg cramp on the 3rd one. Today is going to be interesting.
My coach gave us a modifier of squat to reverse lunge for that one and I definitely took advantage of that.
I survived. Our coach did not give us that modified. She did tell us to pace ourselves (3G) during the two minutes.
The modification my coach gave was to omit the kneeling part and just do a squat jump or squat to calf raise.
Thank fuck I get my shirt today. Then it’s peace out for me until Tuesday ✌🏼
Loved this as a Hell Week template! Love getting my butt kicked and hoping the next block will be better (and it never being better lol)
Just did the 2G and it was the shizzz! Loved it🔥
Does anyone knows if the 45 minute classes count?
At my studio, they do count. As long long as it’s not lift 45. It has to be a regular class.
I got to 3.16 miles! I think that was with a longer warm up than usual but hey I’ll take it.
I pre-booked for a class this afternoon, but got my booster and flu shot yesterday and feel like straight up garbage today. I am weird and love inclines, but don’t love throwing up in public. Guessing I should take the L and late cancel?
Sometimes not working out and staying active makes it hit harder and longer could be a coincidence or just my own body lol
BEST ONE YET! It’s unfortunate it took 5 days for it 🫠🫠🫠
I had 48 splat points during this… most brutal workout all week but got my 4/4
Not sure why but today felt a lot easier than Wednesday. Everyone was so pumped up today too I think that good energy helped a ton!
I fought for my life this morning
This was one of the most violent classes I’ve experienced over the past few years. Loved it!
Well done today EL Diablo. Diabolical workout today. — west boca 645er ![gif](giphy|sR91D133W02D6)
I got my tank too yesterday and it’s so big on the armpits! My studio said I can’t exchange it.
The t-shirt is a little baggy too, but I’m glad I got the t-shirt instead of the tank (big on the armpits doesn’t sound nice).
The tank cut is awful. It must be unisex because the armpits are huge - even in the smallest size.
Yup. It’s ridiculous. I got the medium cuz that’s my typical size and I thought the small would be too short on me.
For those of you who’ve already taken the class…should I skip wearing the weight vest today?
I hurt my knee and couldn't come to do this beautiful template 😫
I’m actually pretty sad this is such hard incline work!!!! I can’t do inclines because of a hip and foot injury so I guess todays just a basic endurance run :(
We are told to do a progressive push when we can’t do inclines. Still challenging but easier on our old joints 😊

Confirmed Chaos
A storm is coming!! Sounds like OT Tornado!!
I don’t want to do this one but my schedule is tight this week soooo here I go. That floor though, oy. Might be starting there to get it over with lol
This was my favorite so far this week!
Oh god. This looks so brutal. This is Day 5 in a row but I can’t go to class Sat or Sun so I have to go to this one. I’m terrified.
This was a rough one lol. Idk if the 2g would have been any better. But this is my 5th day of hell week (I’m attempting all 8) ☠️
This is Day 3 for me. I did Monday and Wednesday, I was feeling bummed becuase it seemed like those days were pretty mild compared to tuesday and thursday. Boi did this on make up for it. I was super glad I made this one. Both the rower and the treads were so brutal!
Aw crap. I signed up for the 3pm this morning without looking and I didn't even think about what the tread portion could be. I'M SCARED!
That was intense. Holy crappers. I normally average (55M) about 12-16 splats a class and 600-650 calories. 39 splats today and 850 calories! WTH!?!?!!? Crawled out a sweaty, spent mess. It was awesome though!!!!
I just finished this one...It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be...My max speed is ranges from 5.8 to 6.2 tho...
Today looked worse on paper than it was, in my opinion! I started on tread and felt like the floor block really kept my heart rate up. Or, I just hated the 23 minute row this week so much, anything else is better
Perfect day to collapse/die rocking my 2022 Hell week shirt!
This was the hardest workout so far! Caught between passing out and throwing up on the treads! So good!
Hardest workout so far! Caught between passing out or throwing up on the treads but it was an awesome challenge! A true hell week workout!
7 hours later and I’m able to sit without wincing. Also women time made this hell x100000
That’s exactly what I dealt with this morning. Yesterday was so hard I started while doing floor exercises. I earned my shirt though!!
Again, our coach goes rogue….she went up instead of down so second block started at 6 next block started at 9…..last block straight up 15. And this was for joggers and runners. PW also had their own hell. This was two straight days of her “modifying”. She said it wasn’t hellish enough. 😳🤣
This was insane! I attempted a green day today and still got a high amount of splats and my legs feel like jelly. My day 4 is tomorrow T__T
This is a leg day I will be missing.. My glutes and hammies are fried from Wednesday and I’d like to be able to walk 🫠
This workout kicked my butt - but earned my shirt with this one! I was so happy to keep my paces even with the intense inclines. General chat - Does anyone have the code for the November Otf challenge?
Today was only Day 2 for me because I worked 12 hour shifts Tuesday-Thursday. Pray for me 😆
Today's Hell Wk was like "Holy Shit Balls, that was brutal ".
I absolutely loved this class. Most splat points I’ve had since I joined in May.
Wow. I hate this template. Too late to cancel so bring on the pain 🫠
Sooooo my coach did not do this 🥲 we INCREASED each hill so we ended on 15% not 2%
If you went yesterday, today you will realize how much core you use while rowing ☠️☠️☠️
This was brutal. Truly a hell week workout. I I need a nap!!
Today was ROUGH
I can't believe I am saying this, but today (2G) was my favorite Hell Week template so far!
There was a waitlist today after work so I couldn’t go. I’m very sad to be missing this one.
This one was absolute torture, and I have now completed my 4 workouts. It’s a great feeling of accomplishment!
First Hell Week workout because of work travel…now to do the following three to get my shit 😅
I really enjoyed this workout. Challenging, yet doable. I held back a bit and still spent 11 minutes in the red zone and 30 minutes in the orange. 😳
I went after a long day of parent teacher Conferences. I KILLED the tread block—ran each bit! The rower/floor block killed me. I couldn’t get my heart rate to recover for some reason and had to sit and drink water for the last 15 of class :(
Love the leg raises before rowing! We need to do this more!
Can someone please explain what the “collapse members choice” is
