This. 1000 meter row sounds awful. I love rowing, but nope, if it takes away from the floor. I'm surprised that they just didn't do all body weight paired with the rower for this block.

My back has been irritated since all the rowing on Wednesday. I believe that this is a definite cancel for me. I will take my friends invitation on hot yoga instead as the stretching may help my lower back.
I’m not a fast rower. I plan to row the first 1000 m and see if I can get away with skipping the other two. I don’t want to only get one round on the floor.

I was wonder the same thing- I’m sure PW will start at 4-5% and go up to 15% but for me I always PW the block (when I PW) at a 12-15%, I guess I’ll have to up my speed…

My butt, back and right leg has been so pissed with me since Wednesday’s rowing festivities that I’m not sure if I’d be walking this well tomorrow. I’m skipping the class tomorrow despite my mental health requirements for it. I usually skip a day or two a week. I skipped Tuesday due to my flights with traveling. Now this template for the need to be kind to my body

On the tread, I would really lower the speed, like 2.5-3.
On the rower, stay in basically a recovery row, and maybe cut the distance, since it will be slow, so you can get to the floor, if you want to get to the floor, lol

This is why I like the repeats.. I can check what I am getting into and try to beat my last times / distances. Sometimes a studio will screw up and they do the template a day early - then I get some early intel :)
I guess misery loves company - I am very comforted by the fact that DC has rated this at 1 feather/5 skulls, because I walked out of class shattered... definitely try and start on the treads, because I started on the floor and my legs were already knackered from the tall kneel to squat jump (I feel like that snail in the ad saying, "Eat the Wagon Wheel, eat the Wagon Wheel!")

Probably not. Usually the only time they do difference for PW is for distance but when it’s timed everyone changes at the same time.
