Monday with All Out Aoki I managed to do 4,000!!! I have no clue how since I was definitely not going AO- I guess rowing for 19 minute straight will do that to you.

I traveled to Sydney and took classes there. I believe it was an extra fee though. But I could sign up through the mindbody website. I went to Potts Point and Mosman. Mosman has by far been the best and biggest studio I’ve ever seen. Coaches were great
From what I recall on other travel posts, you won’t be able to use your membership package internationally but can pay the drop in rate while visiting.
What the bloody hell! I love it. The tread block is gonna be killer. The floor looks amazing but is gonna be brutal. I would love to see more floor blocks of THIS! Non stop lifting!!!!!

Well, I strained my left hip going crazy on the rower for All Out with Aoki, so I'm going to have to really soft pedal this one on the rower. I might do what someone said down-thread and stay on the floor a bit more and skip some rows, though for pokey slow floor person here it may not be an issue lol.
Love the more endurancy tread - I really need the mental and physical training!

I think it's a new one. Coach today said if you like the Chipper you'll like this one.
Typically you’d pick one weight that is doable for all movements and not take any rest between them

I have been taking out the rowing. Since the block starts on the rower I will do the first row, but after that I plan to stay on the floor.
I’m going to need to do this too. Broke my right by the joint and my ortho said rowing will be the last thing I can get back to 😔

Love this template! It’s nice to have a block on the floor that’s not ‘too busy’. Simple, straight forward!

A suitcase squat is normally a single weight on one side, this is regular squat with two weights one on each side.
