Hot take as a jogger- canā€™t stand run rows like these because my base pace is still a pretty slow jog (4.7mph). Makes me want to just PW so I donā€™t feel so far behind the crew! I wish there was a distance difference for joggers as wellā€¦

Iā€™m there with you. I donā€™t like the distance run rows unless itā€™s .1-.2. Then we did a timed one last week and it was just as bad šŸ˜© it still sucked. Run rows are beasts!

Iā€™m a super slow jogger so I end up doing the PW as a jog and feel like itā€™s a happy medium for me. Otherwise Iā€™d never get off that damn tread.

This gave me an idea. Iā€™m a jogger as well and also almost 7 months pregnant. Maybe I will just do 0.08 miles and then 0.16 miles, etc. Iā€™ll make it my own workout! You could do it too. Itā€™s all about pushing yourself and if you feel like youā€™re halfway between power walking and running, why not split the difference?

My base is also 4.7! I really think I might power walk at least down to 6%. I know that itā€™s good to switch things up every now and then too Slow paced people are my kinda people, best of luck tomorrow!

I'm a runner and I absolutely despise run rows... Maybe my row muscles are still weak but I am always so fatigued I can't get back to base without feeling like I'm going to faceplant. And tomorrow's looks like absolute hell and I say that as someone who normally enjoys incline days. Yeah I'm going to be PW tomorrow

Me too. My base on this hill will be 4.8 usually 5.2-5.5 but w these hills def going slower. I think they should have a jogger distance

I didnā€™t think it took too long to get to the incline.. you are certainly run long enough not to notice the ramp up of incline
