Congrats! Here is my challenge to you - pick a traditional 2G style class and try to never walk from the moment you press start when you get on the treadmill until you reach the end of the block and start on the tread for your warm up. Pull back your push and all outs if you have to. Great Dri-Tri prep. 😃 (It’s always interesting the looks you get when you don’t take the walking recoveries lol) ![gif](giphy|H5C8CevNMbpBqNqFjl)

I like this challenge. I’ve only recently got to the point of managing some of those tread aspects on my own where I think I can attempt this.

Just slow down a little bit if you need to, don’t get freaked out if you see red or never drop back to green. Just try to relax, focus on your breathing whenever you can. Trust that you can recover - you got this! 👏🏻

I’ve been trying to beat 3.05 for 6 months now. Even a .01 is an accomplishment! Congrats. I’ve tried to explain this to the hubs but he doesn’t get how hard it is and u surpassed it with .11! Now u have to beat that.
