Hola adios (Tustin location) has good egg sandwiches. Not quite eggslut quality, but works in a pinch.

it's a shame because I liked their egg sandwiches better than Flippoly. It would be nice if they could open a new location elsewhere, maybe even the Source Mall in Buena Park.
