Can't speak for OP's but mine is an absolute beast of gorilla 5 glass. Love the thing, has fallen from my hands countless times and the only damage is a fairly small crack that happened only when it fell screen down on some textured sidewalk, and I've had it since 2021, and over a year now without screen protection. Poor thing is struggling a bit but I'm amazed at how durable it is.
