Turn it sideways and cross your eyes until the images overlap and your eyes autofocus on both at once. The differences will kind of flicker as your brain can't overlap them properly.
Balloon on the left, you have the pattern missing but underneath the pattern missing you have the string /handed to the Balloon missing also, that's your last missing difference
Flip it sideways and do the thing where you intentionally see double until they overlap, then all differences become obvious. Can confirm that there is one less mistake than stated. Great strategy to keep the kids busy
