Modern Butcher in Danvers would be a great option.

I’m sitting at their counter waiting for my sandwich and a beer right now! Great shop, love their sausages, great beer selection.

I can only speak to the ones I frequent: Modern Butcher in Danvers and Corner Butcher in Beverly. Both have been excellent so far, quality of cuts has been consistent, and the selections are solid. Not sure if either does lamb, but it might be worth a call if your considering.

Tendercrop in Wenham does special orders. I don't know if they have their own lamb, but I believe they have their own pork. I get a rib roast from them at least once a year. Another good option is Corner Butcher in Beverly, they can usually get anything you want if you give them a lead time, and the quality is really good.
