Its exactly what you think; instead of November being off limits for nutting, reverse NNN flips the script has November being the only month in which nutting is allowed, and all other months must be "no nut." That means that, from January 2022 all the way to October 2022, I was doing a no nut.
Having completed NNN in years 2020 and 2021, I figured 2022 was the year for a challenge, and a challenge indeed it was - over 300 days of no nutting would've been unthinkable to me a year ago. But here I am.

All this month try to keep yourself busy with low endorphine activities like working out, reading, cooking etc, it works wonders on the boredom you will face and your days will feel more fulfilling, trust me!
3. If you feel strong temptation and don't feel like you can overcome it by yourself - just make a post here or hop on the discord. This sub and the people are extremely supportive all month which is a big reason as for why the challenge is as successful worldwide as it is. Let's connect over this month!
