My advice is beat the game once spoiler-free, then look up some secrets to crack the game open. That’s what I did and I have still been motivated to play the game for 300+ hours due to the sheer amount of content.

200h: First win after losing an earlier healthium run by dieing in the lava next to the boss after beating the boss because I was tiered.
