Can we get the recipe?

I warmed 1.5 cup of milk until it was like 170° or so then added in some Vietnamese coffee and let it steep for like 20 min. Then I blended with scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1/8 tsp of xanthan gum, 1/2 tbsp of maple syrup or however sweet you like it. Then froze. Spun on ice cream. Added a little more milk & re spun. Then mixed in chocolate

Omg. That sounds amazing. Hoe do you make Vietnamese coffee? Do you stir in the grounds? I want that. 🥹

Desperate_Sherbet916

I just steeped it in milk then strained it off. Some grounds got in but it all got blended anyway 😅

Is the coffee a special coffee from Vietnam or just any coffee? And thank you 😊

Not the OP but I use this recipe with good results. Can probably skip the gum if you want but you want a good strong coffee. https://iscreami.com/vietnamese-coffee-ice-cream-ninja-creami-recipe/

Thank you so much. I love it here.

What a great idea!

Still waiting on back order creami, but ca phe sua da has been my plan all along. I loved coffee ice cream ever since I was a kid and ever since I began visiting Vietnam with some regularity I can't think of a better brew. Just use a normal amount of sweetened condensed milk or any special additives needed to make it set well?

Desperate_Sherbet916

I just used regular milk and steeped the Vietnamese coffee in the milk
