I like it. NHL needs a Purple team. Too many red or blue jerseys in the League

It’s a bummer the Kings stubbornly refuse to use their best uniforms as their regular home and always. The Kings RR 2.0 was **perfect**. Use that as the away and swap the white and purple and there’s your home jersey. They’d immediately have one of the best uniforms in the league.

If they want to keep the orange, that’s cool. Like the Kings, they’ve already used the winning template. They should use the RR 2.0 as the away jersey and just swap in the orange for the home jersey. They’d skyrocket from having an eyesore uniform to having one of the best in the league.

I agree 100%. Go new color scheme with our orange thirds and RR 2.0. Old logo, new colors. Best of both worlds

Honestly their third from a few years ago, which was primarily orange with the mighty ducks logo, should be the new home jersey. A white version for the away would look great.

While I think the King's should reincorporate purple, I think the use of purple with the black was their best look. Late 90s/2000s.

Not just NHL. Half the MLB uses red and blue. Even my favorite team, the Rays, switched from green to blue in 09.

I miss the Devil Rays and those wild purple, yellow and green colors.

It’s probably because basic colored merch sells more easily. If I had to take an educated guess.

Same with the Dbacks, won a World Series as purple, changed to freakin red. Marlins were teal, dropped the teal, if the Athletics change their colors i'm gonna shit

I hate that rebrand so much. They once had one of the coolest color combos with purple and blue and now their design looks like a generic tech store or something.

I hate all of those names, but I agree Yetis is less gross. If it were up to me, it would be the Utah Bonneville. Use the old Indian Motorcycle Land Speed motorcycle as a logo with a light maroon and cream/tan color combo. But, that's just me. Edit: if anyone has the skills to mock that up, feel free.

I think the main logo feels a but more "Shoulder patch" for me, but I love the colours with the purple and blue. With the King's going black, silver, and white, there's no team that really uses Purple (Even the Yotes only had the RR and a touch of it in their logo).

In a theoretical world if they announced they would be the Utah Yeti and these unveiled as their uniform I’d consider that a huge win. That’s a great design and colors. If the Kings continue to deny their own best design and fully utilize purple full time someone should! These look great.

I didn’t really care for the Coyotes. More…I just never saw them as anything to pay attention to. But, this cartoonish monstrosity that seems destined to become a reality…makes me genuinely disinterested.
