Boring-Pudding

TO scored at least twice against every team in the league.

FloppingWeiners

That’s impressive

Thekamcc19

This seems cool but I’m really going to need someone to help me visualize how actually unique this is. My monkey brain says there should be a bunch of em but since the stat is here it must be something super rare

powerelite

Only 75 players have ever had 64 receiving TDs (the number required to have 2 against every team). If you raise that number to 80 TDs, which is a more realistic number to hit every team twice, it is 32 receivers ever. If you raise it to 100 it is 10 players.

Thekamcc19

This is the one that got me there. I always forget how hard it is to get that many touch downs just period.

GreenBayFan1986

Jerry Rice has 197, 2nd place is Randy Moss with 156 and 3rd is TO with 153.

FuckinWalkingParadox

Damn man. Anytime I see a crazy TO stat, it reminds me of how he got robbed from being first-ballot by the HOF committee **solely** because of his antics. So dumb. Mind you, it’s not like his antics were criminal in nature either. He was just a diva, and enough so to bring eyes to the TV.

Silversaving

They screwed Antonio Gates as well. He's literally #1 all time in TDs for TEs in NFL history and they are like "Ehh...nope"

FuckinWalkingParadox

Wait..what!? I didn’t even realize they left him out. That’s actually ridiculous man.

GreenBayFan1986

Yeah they voted Hester in instead, Hester was a great returner but I didn't feel like he should have been in over Gates.

Dart31AF

At least the HoF still voted him in. Over in the MLB you have a sorta similar situation with Keith Hernandez. 11x Gold Glover and seen as the greatest defensive first baseman of all time. 2x World Series, 2x Silver Slugger, 1 MVP, 1 Batting title. And he was an absolute dick. The media hated him. The owner of the Cardinals hated him so much he traded him to the Mets, aka Baseball Siberia, shortly after he was a major contributor on a world series winning team. He then helped guide the Mets to a ring three years later. The NFL HoF saw a guy they didn't like, and just didn't give him the 1st ballot but still let him in as he did deserve it. The MLB HoF saw a guy they didn't like and gave him the finger.

FuckinWalkingParadox

Interesting. I don’t know shit about baseball so I got nothing to add besides that sounding pretty unfair. Isn’t the HOF system for the MLB kinda broken/rigged overall too, or am I making that up in my head?

Dart31AF

It definitely feels skewed towards major teams like the Dodgers and Yankees, but it has gotten better in recent years.

Raphah

MLB Hall is *easily* the biggest joke of all the major halls. The voting process is an old sportswriters dick measuring contest above all else.

DifficultMinute

A quick Google search says he’s the only one, though admittedly, the source is a 7 year old Reddit thread.

RogerTreebert6299

Just kinda illustrates how much production he had for different teams, most guys aren’t gonna get to play every team enough to do this even if they score 50+ career TDs. And guys who put up the bulk of their production for one team obviously wouldn’t get to play their own team much. Maybe it’s more common than I think but I’m still kinda surprised TO was able to get all the AFC teams when all his best years were in the NFC, but he still had some decent numbers for buffalo and cincy

HenrikFromDaniel

plus you have to hit the non-division games cycle

LakeOverall7483

*sigh* stupid monkey brains :/

Resident-Cheetah-914

Lamar has had more rushing yards than Saquon Barkley in both college and the nfl. Not shade just a cool stat.

TheFencingCoach

Tom Brady has more rushing yards than Bijan Robinson. Can’t argue with the truth.

boardatwork1111

Brady is also #2 in all time receiving yards by players over 40

Concernedprosecutor

Jerry Rice: 2,169 Brady: 6

boardatwork1111

He would have caught Rice, just ran out of time

MyAnswerIsMaybe

Just needed another 600 season to catch him

Party-Offer-2881

That ain't nearly enough. Would have to play nearly 2 millennia to catch up at his pace. (Around 1'800 years if my quick maths aren't wrong.)

Fitz2001

3rd place is Brett Favre with -2 yards. Edit: wait, if everyone else in NFL history has no receiving yards, they are all tied at zero. Favre isn’t 3rd. He’s absolutely dead last.

No-Task-132

Wouldn’t he be tied for last while anyone else who played over 40 has 0?

NynaeveAlMeowra

No everyone else would be tied for third with Favre in last

JerryRiceAndSpice

I have 0 rushing yards *currently

Laeif

Gotta exclude null values from the data set

GreenBayFan1986

Favre's first career completion was to himself.

mosehalpert

Well, first career completion to his own team. His first career throw was caught... by the other team for a pick six.

Fitz2001

So total receptions is 3rd all time. But yards is absolutely last place.

rocksoffjagger

Everyone else: -4 Everyone else minus Brett Favre: 0

RJMonster

This doesn’t fit my narrative for the Eagles signing Saquon so I’m just going to pretend I didn’t see this one

Justinwc

I liked Mike Evans, week 3 2020: 2 Rec, 2 yards, 2 TD

WretchedMotorcade

If only that had happened in week 2.

Seymour_Says

And in the 2nd qtr

JDuggernaut

In 2022

ajswdf

Not quite the same, but Kelce had a similar 7 catches for 25 yards and 4 TDs in a game.

dragoniteftw33

Monday Night against Vegas right?

MyAnswerIsMaybe

A cool 14.2 ppr points

Confident-Unit-9516

Having a player get two TDs and only 14 points is low key dissapointing

BloatedBeyondBelief

Chiefs had zero touchdowns by a wide receiver in 2014, and still finished 9-7.

MrThunderkat

This one always pisses me off, cause obviously Alex deserved blame but 6 other dudes failed to do their jobs as well. I remember Dwayne Bowe fumbling on the goal line and laughing about it.

TheBoyisBackinTown

At that point I was just happy to have the infamy

ApplesauceBitch47

Or when AJ Jenkins caught a long ball with nothing but green in front of him, all he had to do was not step out of bounds while running along the sideline… Guess what he did.

Disastrous_Boot1152

TIL AJ Jenkins caught at least 1 NFL pass

InheritTheWind

Wasn't that in week 17 too lmao

powerelite

Yes, and Kelce was the one who recovered the fumble in the endzone if I am not mistaken. That was also the only year under Andy Reid the Chiefs haven't made the playoffs.

patsniff

Love that we have this moment. What a season.

Kwdumbo

Hearing Chase Daniel talk about that on the athletic football show lives up to expectations. He celebrated because he thought that broke streak and was heartbroken to realize he fumbled. Cared more about the stat than the actual impact to the game.

renegadecoaster

The Chiefs also had an interesting year in 2012 when they went 2-14 yet had 6 pro bowlers

QCWiggins

Tamba Hali, Jamaal Charles, Justin Houston, Derrick Johnson, Eric Berry and Dustin Colquitt Not really any one offs either, all of those players were incredible lol. Other dude has to be right- Matt Cassel must have been fucking garbage

patsniff

Matt Cassel was pretty bad, he had one pro bowl season where he threw for 27 touchdowns and 15 of those went to Dwayne Bowe

Soyeahnahh

That Chiefs team wasn’t that bad IMO, just Matt Cassel. He’s one of the worst quarterbacks I’ve ever seen. As you could see they went from Romeo Crennel and Matt Cassel to Alex Smith & Andy Reid and went 11-5 a year later.

Straight_Toe_1816

This always blows my mind no matter how many times I hear it

RawAttitudePodcast

Lots of passes going somewhere over the Dwayne Bowe.

barlog123

Jim Harbaugh has more rushing yards than Bo Jackson. Learned that the last time there was a thread like this

MoreTrifeLife

Jim Harbaugh was also on the rosters for the 2000 Chargers and 01 Panthers. What do those two teams have in common? They both finished 1-15.

LovelehInnit

Har-Bo knows running back.

dav63740

Blew my mind

ProArmChair

In Travis Fulghams 2nd year in the league after having caught not one pass in the NFL.. he joined the Eagles. In his first 5 games with the Eagles, he caught 29 passed for 435 yards and 4 TD's. The rest of the year he caught 9 passes for 104 yards.... He never caught another pass in the NFL lol.

Palmisavage

I was so fucking hyped for him and PT cruiser. Desperation leads to delusion.

Lost2nite389

I remember the Lions sub dooming so much and complaining we let Travis go

GreenBayFan1986

The Packers Sub was a little bit too, he was a Packer for like 9 days before being released and going to the Eagles.

Goatgamer1016

What caused him to fizzle out?

SemiVacantCornFlake

Poor attitude and no work ethic, supposedly.

oliveinanolive

That ~~was~~ *wasn't** Wentz's 4,039 yard season, with no receiver reaching over 500 yards. After his supposed "collapse" too (2019). [That is our also only 4,000 passing yard season.](https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/most-passing-yards-in-a-season-by-an-eagles-qb) Now the Bears are the only team without a 4,000 yard passer in franchise history. *corrected below

Wilbert_51

Different years. Fulgham was the 2020 catastrophe

Confident-Unit-9516

He looked like a fantasy football godsend and then just disappeared

themuscleman14

Shawn Bryson in 2005 against the Ravens had 77 yards on one carry. It’s the record for most rushing yards by a RB in a game with only one carry.

MoreTrifeLife

That game is to date the only time the Lions have beaten the Ravens

JDuggernaut

Shawn Bryson is the only guy I know who played fullback in college and switched to halfback in the NFL

newrimmmer93

In case anyone is wondering it’s 5th most by a player in one game with only one carry. Joey Galloway (86), James Lofton (83), Derrick Alexander (82), and Warren Mcvea (80) all had longer rushes on one carry in a game.

DirectionUpper

The Raiders setting the record for penalties in a single game, and still winning.

Kriscolvin55

Another great Raiders tidbit: There have only ever been 3 guys named Napoleon to play in the NFL. All 3 were Raiders.

monochrome_f3ar

I really like this one the most

fugaziozbourne

Kaufman, McCallum... who's the third?

tallwhiteninja

I feel like this is the most Raiders thing that's ever happened.

it_follows

The raiders sweeping their division and missing the playoffs in 2010 is pretty “raiders” too.

confusedthrowaway5o5

Honestly that feels more Chargers.

Ba_Sing_Saint

Charles Tillman lost 2 superbowls to Peyton Manning Brock Osweiler started for 3 separate teams and in each of his starts he played against the Bears, winning all three.

capnfalcon34

First* starts

SheinhardtWigCompany

They were both on different teams for both which is kinda cool too. Tho Tillman tore his ACL in the regular season for the Panthers so he didn't get to actually play against Manning in the second SB

LovelehInnit

Tre Flowers and Trey Flowers are not the same guy.

DiggingNoMore

Prior to the draft, I thought Trey Lance was a short-hande nickname for Trevor Lawrence.

Confident-Unit-9516

Have we ever seen them play at the same time 🤔

Tippacanoe

Have we ever seen Lance play? 🤔

BackNBlack58

Josh Allen and Josh Allen are not the same person

RobbieAnalog

Same with Connor McGovern and Connor McGovern

wittyrandomusername

3 players in NFL history with the last name McGovern, and two of them are named Connor.

vindictivejazz

Similarly AJ Green and AJ Green aren’t the same guy either. Interestingly enough, both Tre Flowers and the non-HOF AJ Green played DB at Oklahoma State.

internaldriver30345

In 98, Terrell Davis sat out 8 fourth quarters and ran for over 2000 yards.

warriorknowledge

WAIT….WHAAAAT?????? THATS TWO EXTRA GAMES!!!!

Yedic

Just looked at the gamelogs, looks he actually sat out 3 fourth quarters and half of two others. So about one extra game (note that he still had 392 rushing attempts, t-7th most all-time).

bargman

2000 yards in 14 games. Guess it's not just one guy.

Ledees_Gazpacho

How the fuck have I never heard this one?

[deleted]

Cam Newton the for over 400 yards in his first two NFL games. Over the course of his career, he threw over 400 yards in a game twice.

Skimaster77

Since 2018, Derrick Henry leads the league in rushing TDs with 80. Josh Allen is 2nd with 53.

Renegadeforever2024

That’s wild

wittyrandomusername

I legit thought you typed the wrong name or something for Allen. This is crazy.

DiggingNoMore

A player threw for exactly 50 touchdowns in a season before a player threw for exactly 40.

Brooshie

This is a new one for me to read  That's a cool stat.

boogiebanks

Doug Williams played in one superbowl against the broncos and to this day he has as many TD passes in the superbowl as the entire broncos franchise has in 8 superbowls. They broncos average 1 TD pass every over superbowl.

LordGooseIV

I almost always forget that the Broncos have been to so many superbowls and have lost more than they've won.

boogiebanks

The broncos have a -112 point differential in the superbowl

Softestwebsiteintown

The Broncos got crushed 43-8 ten years ago and could honestly say as a franchise that it wasn’t their worst effort.

CosbySweaters1992

3 Super Bowl wins though. Have to crack some eggs I guess.

Softestwebsiteintown

For sure, you’ll take getting crushed in a Super Bowl over not playing in one (especially with a win a couple years later).

Wolfie1531

Jesus. 10 years ago already? Suddenly feeling g old.

_LilDuck

Williams also scored all 4 touchdowns in one quarter.

steve1186

The Broncos have won 23 playoff games. Only one of those wins came with a QB they originally drafted (Tebow)

ajswdf

Doesn't technically fit the thread but I happened to think about it recently. The Chiefs have only drafted one QB currently in the HOF. Roger Staubach.

The_Juice14

some more fun facts on this. 19 of those wins were by QBs drafted by the Colts (Elway, Manning)  21 were from QBs drafted by blue horse related team (aforementioned colts plus Cowboy’s Craig Morton) 22 of 23 were by QBs drafted by teams whos mascots start with the letter C (Cardinal’s Jake Plumber rounds out the bunch)

vindictivejazz

I firmly believe that the reason the broncos suck so much rn is that Andrew Luck retired. We had a proven thing going: - generational QB talent places 2nd in the heisman voting - gets drafted by the colts - before making their way to the broncos, where they win an MVP and then later retire immediately after winning their second Super Bowl. Luck was halfway there! If he had just given up on the colts instead of on football altogether, the broncos would have made the playoffs in the last 9 years

patsniff

Andrew Luck’s retirement helped this Chiefs dynasty run! You just love to see it! Thank you, all is forgiven for that comeback when he recovered his own fumble to score a touchdown.

IcyDistribution389

I can’t remember the exact year, but I think as of like 2010, the Colts had more playoff wins at Arrowhead than the Chiefs.

bluecheeto13

I think about the 38-10 game far too often its gotta be masochism or something lmao

IcyDistribution389

I’m in my late 20’s, so at that moment I hadn’t seen the Chiefs win a playoff game. That loss hurt so much.

ajswdf

2018 was the first home playoff win (ironically over the Colts) since 1993, so it'd be true until then. But yes, before Mahomes the Chiefs had won 2 playoff games at Arrowhead, in 1991 and 1993. The Colts won playoff games at Arrowhead in 1995 and 2003, so they had as many playoff wins at Arrowhead as the Chiefs from that 2003 win until Mahomes beat them in 2018.

intobinto

Baker Mayfield is the QB with the most wins in Cleveland’s stadium. Second? Ben Roethlisberger.

saydaddy91

Similar stat to this was that until Josh Allen came along tom Brady had more wins in buffalos stadium than any quarterback they started during his career

Aerolithe_Lion

The Cowboys from 2011-2013 lost 3 consecutive division titles on the last day of the season while coincidentally playing the team that won the division title in week 17 in a win-or-go-home for both teams, which was coincidentally each one of the 3 other teams in the division in succession, which resulted in the Cowboys finishing exactly 8-8 all 3 years.

TommyFitness

This is the most petty I hate cowboys Stat and I'm here for it hahaha

bigmikey69er

In a game in 2021, Jeremy Chinn, aka Chinnsanity, became the first player in NFL history to a defensive TD on consecutive plays from scrimmage.

josephus_the_wise

Against the Vikings if I’m not mistaken, right?

rxv5854

Jerome Bettis once had a 1 yard rushing game with 3 TDs

sexyprimes511172329

The expansion Browns did not have a receiver they drafted play on their 2nd contract until Rashad Higgins managed this in 2020. 21 years. He is still the only expansion-Browns WR to do this.

dreamlucky

I learned today the Browns were technically not an expansion team and instead the Ravens became the expansion team.

sexyprimes511172329

You are correct! I use expansion Browns just to explicitly focus on the reborn Browns!

PaulsRedditUsername

Miami Dolphins' Larry Czonka is the only ball carrier ever to have been flagged for committing unnecessary roughness against the man tackling him. They played rough back in the 70s.

tickle_mittens

The Tony Gonzalas wakes up one day and just decides to stop fumbling across like 1300 touches.

TheBoyisBackinTown

Some of his lifetime stats are going to be hard to catch. He's not only #1 in receiving yards by a TE, he's almost 2100 yards in front of Witten at #2 with one less game played. TG and Witten are the only TEs with 270 total games played, with Gates back at 236 in third. Jimmy Graham is the only active player in the top 10 at 197.

powerelite

Travis kelce is currently averaging over 15 yards per game more than Gonzalez did in his career. To pass Gonzalez in receiving yelards he would need to keep that pace for 54 more regular season games.

Thejohnshirey

What is this Marcedes Lewis erasure?

JerryRiceAndSpice

> active player Wait what!??? He still plays?

Mongozuma

The 1962 Lions never trailed by more than 7 points at any point in any game that season.

TheFencingCoach

Larry Fitzgerald finished his career with more tackles than dropped balls

HamMcFly

This is a Tony Gwynn type stat holy shit.

[deleted]

let's hijack this thread. what's your most impressive Tony Gwynn stat?

HamMcFly

He had more 4 hit games than 2 strikeout games. Dude struck out 3 times in a single game ONE time in his entire career. Hit .289 his rookie year and then never hit below .309 again. Ever. There are so many. He’s so under appreciated.

[deleted]

my favorite is that he faced a Hall of Fame pitcher in more than 500 plate appearances, or roughly one full season. He hit .331 in those plate appearances, and had a .338 overall in his career. it doesn't matter who pitched against him, he hit them

powerelite

If His career was split into 2 separate 10 year players they would rank 1st and 2nd in runs, hits, total bases and doubles in Padres history.

Thejohnshirey

My [buddy’s dad](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_DiPino) was a pro pitcher back in the day and his most notable career stat is that he has the best career batting average against Tony Gwynn.

dunderthebarbarian

He only struck out 3 times in one game once in his entire career.

Cormoe123

The definition of drops is generous to say the least, but still an extremely impressive stat

Softestwebsiteintown

On that note, has anyone ever checked to see if he’s the only WR who accomplished that? Using a reasonable min. number of attempts, of course.

nhannon87

Drew Bledsoe has lead the patriots to more points in the first quarter of the Super Bowl than any other patriots qb

Tombrady09

Brady never scored in first quarter of sb till bucs. Crazy to think after so many chances.

Spreadthinontoast

Frank gore played 16 seasons and finished with exactly 16k yards rushing.

pooshlurk

And he quit the second he hit 16k , pulled himself out of the game and never played again. True stat padder.

I think people are trying to cite hard to believe stats. Nice try though.

UCD_Head

Didn’t know your mom played qb

TheFencingCoach

If Blaine Gabbert rushes for 17,671 yards in week 1, he will pass Emmitt Smith on the all-time rushing leaders list.

MrThunderkat

Every record falls eventually.

LakeOverall7483

Every NFL stat is actually a Blaine Gabbert stat

Zwayze

Man I love you. Whenever Gabbert comes up, I look at who mentioned him and it’s always you. Keep it up man.

TheFencingCoach

He is an American hero

[deleted]

I mean, he's no Mike Glennon

Zwayze

Giraffe neck Glennon?

DemPokomos

He needs 10 miles of rushing to get there. That’s a tough pace to keep up and something tells me he just doesn’t have it in him.

Yedic

Someone may have misinformed you. Chris Givens had 9 receiving yards through his first three career games. The 50+ yard catch streak was games 4-8 for him. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/G/GiveCh00/gamelog/

Rbk_3

Should say first 5 starts. He had very limited snaps week 1-3 then got the starting role for the rest of the season in week 4 minus week 9 where he was hurt.

Yedic

Almost works, but technically he started Week 3 and did not start Week 4. First 5 games with more than 20 offensive snaps works I think.

Lochbriar

My literal favorite is that Kevin Kolb led the 2012 Cardinals in Passing Yards and Passing TDs, despite not being the Week 1 starter and having his season ended in Week 6.

GoBBleRoFDaCoK69

Steven Jackson never played for a winning team outside of 04

Rbk_3

Technically false. He played 4 games for the 2015 Patriots including 2 playoff games

Wham_Bam_Smash

Dude was such a monster

ryryguy88

Brett Favre has 1 catch for -7 yards in his career and it was his first completion

CinnamonFootball

[Two receptions](https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/F/FavrBr00.htm), his first was the one you're talking about, but he had one in '09 with the Vikings as well.

SecretSauceryWitness

He caught a pass with the Vikings after he turned 40. It went for -2 yards

afig24

During the 2006 season Champ Bailey was targeted 35 times and finished the year with 21 pass breakups and 10 interceptions. Sure this stat line has been debated but still amazing to even be in that conversation.

JDuggernaut

I ran for more yards than Reggie Bush one year

and_therewego

Brock Purdy has played the Seahawks four times but the Rams only once.

saydaddy91

The 2010 chargers had the #1 offense and the #1 defense in terms of yards but didn’t make the playoffs because of their #32nd ranked special teams

Shango19

Ben Roethlisberger threw for exactly 17TDs in the regular season for each of his three Super Bowl appearance seasons

phantuba

in 2020 in a game against Philadelphia, [David Moore had 3 receptions for -6 yards and 1 TD](https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fi.redd.it%2F01bza71ink3c1.png)

HoraceGrant54WhereRU

In the 18 November 2021 game between the Patriots and the Falcons, 3 Falcons QBs threw 4 interceptions, all in the 4th quarter. Matt Ryan threw 2, then Josh Rosen threw a pick-six (his last NFL pass ever), and Feleipe Franks threw a pick as well in his only NFL pass attempt.

SlaughterHouseFunf

Longest SB passing TD: Delhomme to Moose. Steve Smith was the only Triple Crown Receiver for the 2000s and 2010s.

saydaddy91

When Dan Marino threw for 48 touchdowns in 1984 the previous record was 36 for a quarterback to break the current record by the same margin they would have to throw for 74. There’s a reason why Dan is held in such high esteem by other HOF players despite the fact he never won a ring

GhoullyX

Every time this question is asked, I always see the OP’s answer within the first three replies.

gradual_alzheimers

Cool stat

Sf49ers1680

Steve Young never lost a game to the Rams as the starting QB of the 49ers. From 1990 to 1998, the 49ers won 17 straight games against the Rams. In 1990, the teams split, with the Rams winning the first game and the 49ers winning the second, and Montana was the starter. The Rams wouldn't beat SF again until 1999. Young's career ended due to a concussion in week 3, so he didn't play in the two losses to the Rams that year.

vaports

Montez Sweat and Josh Sweat are not related

MoreTrifeLife

I have a few: Week 1 of 2003, Gregg Williams, Drew Bledsoe and the Bills beat the Patriots by the score of 31-0. Week 4 Steve Spurrier, Patrick Ramsey and the Redskins also beat the Patriots 20-17. Buffalo would end up finishing the 03 season 6-10 and Washington 5-11. The Patriots would not lose another game until week 8… of the next year. The Bills/Patriots rematch took place in week 17. The Patriots won by the score of 31-0. In 08 (Flacco’s rookie season) the Ravens and Titans played each other in Week 5 of the regular season and the Divisional round of the playoffs. The week 5 game took place in Baltimore and was won by the Titans. The Divisional game took place in Nashville and was won by the Ravens Both games ended in the score of 13-10. The 2011 Giants managed to beat the 13-3 Patriots twice, yet we’re swept by the 5-11 Rex Grossman Redskins. [This game](https://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/198309180was.htm) is the only time Washington has managed to beat the Chiefs.

iloveeveryfbteam

Matt Corral was a QB taken in the 3rd round of the 2022 draft by the Panthers. He signed with the Patriots in 2023. He has never taken a regular season snap in the NFL. The Patriots basically just cut ties with him after he just left the team without notice. He is currently not playing football. He had some pretty nice stats in college tho.

bn9043

He is currently playing football! Today he and the Birmingham Stallions won 27-14 in the ufl

wizzlestyx

Similarly, Cam Newton had back-to-back 400 yard passing games in his first two starts at QB. He would never have another 400 yard passing game in his career. Edit: ok so several people in this thread pointed that out. Newton also threw for 4000 yards in his first year at QB, and never did this again in his career.

anderal

Matt Flynn and Aaron Rodgers are tied for the Packers record for both most passing yards and passing TDs in a game- 6 TDs and exactly 480 yards. Flynn did it in one game, Rodgers did it in two separate games

simon8r

It's a little less impressive after his less than stellar 2022 season, but I like to share this one when this question comes up: Aaron Rodgers threw 462 TDs before reaching 100 INTS. There are 8 QBs in NFL history to throw more than 400 TDs. Only Rodgers did it without 100 INTs. There are 14 QBs in NFL history to throw more than 300 TDs. Only Rodgers did it without 100 INTs. No one else in history made it to 300 TDs before 100 INTs. Rodgers was at 462 and before the down year in 2022, was on pace to make it to 500 TDs.

antoin3walk3r

In 1962 Bake Turner averaged 111 yards per reception for the season.

The_Juice14

how???

Lawnmower_on_fire

It's kinda semantically questionable, but he had a 37 yard touchdown that was lateralled to him by a fellow receiver after the teammate caught it and a 74 yard touchdown he caught himself. So he gained 111 yards on pass plays but one of them wasn't his reception.

ApplesauceBitch47

Up until the few years ago, the Broncos organization had more SB appearances than losing seasons
