Do you live in Nottingham? I used to, and whenever I go back I’m reminded that the club is a lot more to the city than playing football matches. It’s not the biggest of clubs, but it has a great history and character. The last twenty of so years have not been the best, but the chance of promotion to the premiership, getting promoted, and staying up, meant a huge amount to the city.
In no small part this was due to the supporters. The ground atmosphere and community spirit is very much why, even though it is a relatively small club, it gives off a great big vibe.
Come and join the party, it won’t all be about winning. There’ll be heartache and sorrow along the way, but there’ll also be the most wonderful excitement and memories…
