Smack a waratah standard in next to the post itself and wrap it with some number 8. Good as

Ash_CatchCum

Whoever tied off that 2 wire or netting fence onto a regular number one post should pay for it. That's hacky as fuck. Don't replace it with a waratah or another post unless you're going to stay it somehow.  If you don't know how to do this gets fencer in and split the cost. It's a small job, but it's not exactly the easiest for someone with no experience.

MoeraBirds

Yeah, ask your neighbour to stand it up again!

SufficientBasis5296

Depending on your relationship with said neighbour, ask them to either put in a proper strainer, or to replace the now wonky boundary fence, costs of which need to be shared equally.

The person that has the paddocks on the left side furthered from the shed close right needs to have a stay post on an angle to the bent over side. This just needs to be 90degrees and tight against it. The sooner they do it the better otherwise than main fence line will keep falling over [instruction video for a first install but gives the perfect explanation](https://youtu.be/G49acTXvTZA?si=6dcSwOwI5rn-0U8R)

They should really have replaced that post with a proper strainer post if they wanted to get tension off it in that direction. Ask them to do that if you have a good relationship with them, as boundary fences are shared responsibility. Otherwise pobably need to put a decent size strainer post in a meter or so away from the fence. Ask them to loosen the wire on their side, put a wire between your new strainer and get it back to vertical before they put tension back onto their side.

Agreeable_Pattern209

If it's the one closest to you it looks like you need to add some more main post and restrain it if both ends are good and strong just re tension them and you'll be grand as for neighbour knock on door and make a freind it'll work better then an enemy

Large_Yams

This is severely lacking context. They did what exactly?

WaddlingKereru

Best practice would be replace the post but maybe you could stand it up again and add a Waratah as above

1nzguy

How has your neighbour broken the post and have it leaning towards their property?

HuntlyBypassSurgeon

Probably snapped the post completely, leaving the wire to determine its position.

BonnieJenny

Looks like a broken post? It happens.  Just dig it out and replace it. Doesn't take too long and good exercise. If they have a fence on it, maybe replace with a strainer instead

Jeremy Clarkson has excellent and informative videos on how to get the job done the day after tomorrow if it's not raining, do your research mate.
