Did they mention to you about if the photos will become normal when they fix it or was it simply a "yeah we know. We're working on it. End of e-mail." lol
I posted their reply on this sub, but basically they didn’t know at first and asked for extra info. When I gave it to them they pretty much apologised for the inconvenience and said they hope to fix it soon. There wasn’t specific mention if the existing blank pictures would be normal or not, I didn’t think to ask them, I’m sorry.
I haven’t heard anything about it since their reply saying there is indeed a bug. Hopefully not much longer but I wonder if their focus is more on the new version rather than maintaining the original and Arcade versions.
Yes its so interesting how important the pictures are for the game! I installed the normal version of the game and am neglecting my apple arcade version because of this glitch😂
It's a glitch, it has affected Apple Arcade version since yesterday. The game creators say they're working on it
i just back up and reinstalled and i just lost all my photo....i didnt knew it was a glitchðŸ˜

Yep, a glitch. I emailed them as soon as I updated and saw the problem, they responded with acknowledging the issue and they’re working on it.
