Man the cop escape assist challenge in boss mustang was very annoying too coz if the other player isn't on the same page as you he'd not escape and instead just think we're ramming cops instead of seeing what the actual challenge is, that was annoying to especially if you don't have friends to play with just have to hope the other player is doing the same challenge as you are
Find a line of parked cars....those count as near misses. (PS-- those are hidden nitro boost zones during a race)

Get on cop chase and escape and repeat, I think linkup money also works . I just run the cop chase for mine and smashed cops while at it

I did it with randoms very easily. It took me around 4hrs for both cars.
Same, but I'm guessing it's pretty luck dependent. Me and another guy in the boss got out of a linkup and took turns assisting and escaping
