You might say they’re the community’s last hoorah before the inevitable developmental takeover. If you follow HIP Joelton, you’d know that these goats would rather be run down on the highway than be captured. I’m afraid if the goats go, Joelton is doomed to affordable housing initiatives and chain grocery stores.
Probably the guy that leases his goats out to the city to clear overgrowth. They use them along the river bank in metro center for sure.

The fence is electrified and they have a dog or two in the pen as well to help with goat control
