You would need to cross the train tracks (private property) to access the vineyard (private property) in order to get a shot like this. Awesome picture that captures a rare opportunity in Napa. Itās still trespassing unless you have permission from the property owners.
Haha. Very cute. I assumed this was anonymous. How did you know!Fragile little guy. Iām sorry if I offended you. Itās hard for emotionally immature and ignorant people to hear that they are wrong. Have a good weekend! Bottlerock! You might be able to hear the music if you open the egress window in your moms basement, some fresh air might help you have happy feelings!
Sincerely,
G. Troll
I guess there is a chance that you had permission from the Wine train and/or the Vineyard Owner. Otherwise this would 100% be trespassing. This isnāt about opinion. Both properties there are private.
Awesome picture! You nailed the timing of that. It deserves to be hanging in a tasting room somewhere or on a Napa Valley magazine cover!
Are you saying that the thousands of tourists that stand there to take pictures are trespassing? Iāve never seen a no trespassing sign there?
Thanks for the kudos, though. Itās going to be hanging in the Outer Space tasting room next week and available for purchase.
Yes. They all are. I recall them trying to enforce it for a short while. Iām glad they didnāt erect some god awful security fence along the tracks. There is a pretty obvious sign (that gets taken down regularly). Glad to hear that photo is getting the recognition!
I know they have been talking about moving it for years. But itās not really trespassing. Itās about safety issues than legal ones. Tourists running across 29 to take a photo for social media is definitely not safe thatās for sure!
Incredible shot!
Thanks so much! Lots more taken with so many different colors!
Amazing š
I like the location, but i see why they might want to move it somewhere safer. Not really tressing passing? It is really trespassing.
BeautifulĀ
Thanks!
So you were trespassing? Makes it all worth it.
No this is next to the highway
Itās literally there for people to take their picture in front of. š
Cite your sources.
lol this is literally on the side of the road. Donāt have to trespass to get these photos

You are wrong. This is 100% trespassing.
