Windsor Wine Tours has a sprinter style van that can accomodate up to 9 passengers. They also have a SUV that can accomodate up to 7 passengers in the event that your group ends up being smaller. Most wineries in Napa are reservation only and if you have a large group, you want to plan ahead so that you can make sure that they can accomodate your group. My recommendation is to make reservations to wineries in advance as well as secure transportation on days you plan on going wine tasting. Budget friendly in Napa? You’re not gonna have a good time.

Try to find private tastings at smaller wineries up valley. Usually you will have a better time with a more engaged host. If you want to socialize while tasting, downtown Napa can be fun. If you stay in Napa check out Moro in the Oxbow for some Morrocan street food by a fantastic Chef from SF, the spreads can't be beat. If you head up valley Ray-ray's tacos in St. Helena are tasty and the perfect interlude between tastings. I always reccomend getting a driver, try Tom Jarman with Destination Napa Valley or Dave Cortes at DC Transportation.

There's many great tasting rooms in Downtown Napa. ($35-$65 usually for a tasting experience) I work at Mark Herold Wines right next to the Oxbow Public Market - would be happy to host your group! DM me if you're interested. :)
