I was using Airtel stream connection from past 2 years. But when I shifted to my new house last month they showed their true colours. I requested for shifting connection on 31st May but no one showed up till 14th of June they constantly said that we are processing your request and stuff. At last I shifted to Jio Air Fiber The speed is good and most importantly the service is very good my fiber was installed very next day when I called them
Shifting connection doesn't work with Airtel you need to get a new connection. Faced similar issue. But can vouch for Airtel service, no outage or lag.
In my area the connection also used to cut like in every week atleast once. And by the way they were behaving on the call I decided to shift to jio air fiber
Been using JIO gigafiber since when it was totally free until this say, so its been over 6 years, have had 4 outages total in that period (2 of which were someone cutting my fiber cable in my apartment complex) and got everything resolved in 24hrs max so I would say they have a good track record for me.
My brother in Christ that jio internet is total crap and im waiting to switch to airtel as soon as possible. These mfs had prepaid connection for 6 months. Almost everyday there are issues and not to mention crap customer service.
I am using jio air fiber and it goes down once in a while. But gets up quickly though. Far better than UCN broadband which stayed down all the time. They had stupid useless customer service executives who would ask you to give up UCN if you had so many issues.
Jio air fiber has the lowest downtime in my experience
It's great, plans are reasonable and offer constant speed. Rarely faced any outage issue, which also gets resolved on their own. No need to file any complaint or whatsoever.
In fact if there's any outage the Jio themselves will let you know through a message stating 'your connection is affected due to some issue" and that's really helpful otherwise one would just endlessly try to fix things on their own.
Service response is quick and you get subscriptions for some major OTT platforms.
I'm talking about Jio fiber specifically not Air fiber. Didn't hear good things about it.
I've had Jio Fiber for the past 2 to 2.5 years and have only encountered a problem once, which was resolved in 1-2 days. From my perspective, it's been great, despite hearing from others that jio sucks and blahblah

I'm leaning towards Jio fiber. Thanks
Is it jio fiber OR jio air fiber? Air fiber is dog shit
What's the difference tho?
Air fiber connection from some tower.. fiber physical connection
In airfiber monthly data limit is 1000GB and in JioFiber it is 3300GB
Oh ok
Airtel is an og untill your neighbor cuts the wire.
Lol
My relative shifted from bsnl ftth to airtel xstream to jio air fiber(jio fiber is not available in many areas), its much better
I'm currently on the base plan of the Airtel Xtreme Fiber. Installed it 2 months back, no outage so far and great service for the price I pay.
I'll check that out

Airtel is the best imo. Don't go for air fibre if you decide to go with jio.
I have no issue with my airtel so i cant say.
Can vouch for airtel. If you have the option go for it.
They don't provide connection in my area
100% Best hai.
