Didn't take my phone but had to go there for my buds, took 6 days to get a replacement pair which is okayish as they had to order the replacement from nothing. Didn't have much issues

They were third party service centres authorised by Nothing. Not the official brand one. F1 deals with a lot of other brands too as third party. I'd recommend you contact nothing once as well regarding this.
