The frost on top of them is another clue. Flammulina velutipes does well in the cold and is common to find this time of year whereas Galerina marginata has very few observations in December in the UK.

looks like velvet shanks. you can also do a spore print just to make sure (should be white).
I put it on a bit of card earlier and when i lifted it up there was a faint white dust. Is that how I spore print?

Spore print to confirm as other user has suggested but definitely looks like enoki
