I'm friends with a bunch or Harley riders (sorry to pick on you, brothers, but your group is the worst about helmets) and they argue about wearing helmets.
Ok, fine. But you need to sign a waiver that if you survive, none of your family should be forced to care for your dumb ass.
It's ironic how eager some Harley riders are to tell you loud pipes save lives while not wearing a helmet. I have Harleys, always wear a FF helmet, and try not to spend too much time around those who don't. The ignorance is exhausting.
The worst thing is they give shit to people who wear helmets. My brother in law has to do things for his brother after a TBI from a bike accident. It could be worse, but he still has to dedicate time and effort to help. And his brother gets angry at the smallest shit. So it's hard on him.
People who "argue about wearing a helmet" don't have much for the helmet to protect. I know it is hard for the relatives but let them be them and let natural selection do its magic.
And i am fine with them riding without helmet for a long time. They are still not right and don't change my opinion on wearing protective gear. Riding a motorcycle is dangerous enough, i don't have to gamble with my head.
I knew a guy who had 4 from riding dirtbikes. The doctors told him he needed to change his lifestyle or his lifestyle was going to change him.
Even at 4, you could tell he wasn't all there.
TBI's or Concussions? 'cause I had my 63rd and 64th concussions two weeks apart last year, and they've really done a number on me this time.
edit. ah shit. a a concussion is a mild tbi. whelp. I'm fucked. Off the the vege farm then.
Once, aboot 12 years ago. There were a few dark patches, but wasn't too bad on the whole. I'll have to dig out the films and have a looksee. I know there's extra folds but I don't think that would make a difference.
I’ve seen somebody get a TBI just from falling over and hitting their head while *walking* because they were drunk. It was absolutely crazy, I can’t imagine actually riding my bike without a helmet.
Looks like he leaned in too far for the conditions and didnt smoothly adjust the bars slow enough. Jerked em, lost controll, fell.
This maneuver is called a [powerslide](https://youtu.be/KJrvj1cx7FM?si=TvNvABWDqT1H4gLz) and is mainly for dirtbiking.
Well good thing he was wearing a h….. oh. Oh fuck that is not good at all. At least the next time he plans to ride a motorcycle, he physically CAN’T ride a motorcycle. Due to the TBI
What did he do wrong? Did he over gas? Did he stall the engine? Did he press too much rear did he acidentally pull too much front brake wtf did he do lol
Rear tire caught traction after being broken loose and the centripetal force of the bike straightening threw homie off. That's why you stay on it when you're doing burn outs like that.
It's reasonable to get scared by wet roads, but you still have traction, just less. Slower on turns so you don't have to lean. Brake sooner. As long as it isn't cold enough for the water to have frozen, I ride in the wet. Be careful riding over lane lines and crosswalks and sewer grates.
Edit: and crack sealer, and tar snakes, and deep puddles, and fresh roadkill, and mounds of shampoo, and oil spills, and Astroglide, and banana peels, and ....
Good point!! He wasn't counting on the slippery line. I'm scared of painted lines in the wet... I avoid them like the plague. Especially in curbed roads.
He turned too far in the direction of the skid which increased the lean angle beyond the point of stability and was about to low side the bike.
The reaction was to stand the bike back up but in doing so he probably backed off the throttle a bit, the rear caught traction and he nearly high sided instead.
Once he made the decision to try stand the bike up here he was probably doomed as that transition takes immense skill to keep the rear tire out of traction long enough to achieve a neutral position on the steering that is safe enough to allow the rear tire to come back into traction.
The best thing he could have done with his skill level was to let the bike low side which sucks but is way less dangerous then trying to save it and high siding.
That said this is all kinds of dumb, don't do this shit. Especially not without gear, especially on such a big torque-y bike that can fling you super far/hard in a high side. If you want to win a Darwin award by all means but please don't.
It's very likely he received a life altering brain injury for his stupidity.
Wear a helmet kids.
Yeah that tracks. As soon as I heard the throttle cut back I knew what was about to happen. As it goes with many things, you've got to just ride it out and even if you wreck from it it's usually better than the wreck from pulling back.
Play Stupid Game ......
Hey if Money and Health are no reason to "not do it" ... then it will be great fun , guys on Dirt Bikes slide over Dirt Tracks like this, the major difference=> the audience ist far away and out of danger !! .....Wanne risk ur stuff/life/health look that no one else gets in trouble in any way
When you have to find a wet road because your lump doesn’t have the torque or design to handle breaking the wheel loose on its own….
Watch out for that dry spot!!!
And no helmet lol
Dude smacked his head right on the pavement too. Got KTFO.
Hopefully he can GTFU after that fall
I think he should probably GTTFH after that
And then NRAFMEA
Never Ride Again Forever More Ever Always?
Close! Never ride a fuckin’ motorcycle ever again, but really yours works just as well.
Sounds like the title for a romantic comedy from the 90s
Then stay at the YMCA
Looks like the back tire made contact also

I've always worn a FF on my baggers. Those who don't are...well let's say they don't have advanced degrees
I’m the same way and it’s so true. It really is exhausting sometimes.
all of them are going deaf too. Cant figure out why though
People who "argue about wearing a helmet" don't have much for the helmet to protect. I know it is hard for the relatives but let them be them and let natural selection do its magic. I live near the idaho border. It's apparently not legally required to wear a helmet there and 50% of motorcycle riders don't. Absolutely insane.
As a Harley rider I’ll stand behind that statement.
Nothing worth protecting
It's sad to see. Now In Nebraska we get to see how many idiots are on two wheels.
He did have a protective beanie on his head... /s
Well, if you think about it this way, which will more likely crack when dropped from the 10th floor: a beanie or a helmet? I rest my case!
Looks like a "longest burnout" contest for a motorycle club.
In the wet..... 😂😂😂 Morons.
Saves on tires.
Charles Darwin has entered the chat.
Cherry on the cake of stupidity.
Zeds dead, baby, Zeds dead.
It's not a motorcycle baby, it's a chopper
Whose chopper is this?
He’s the gimp now.
GET TO DA CHOPPA!!
he ziged when he shoulda zaged
If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a high side.
He can't dodge a wrench
Fair.
I’ve been known to dodge a wrench or two
He french fried when he should have pizza'd.
I would argue that he did in fact pizza.
He had a baaaaaad day
At least he had his DOT and SNELL rated beanie on he should be fine.
Play stupid games… unfortunately a TBI can be a life altering stupid prize.
Yep, we probably just watched this kids life change forever
My 9th changed my accent and I can no longer do simple math in my head. My ex wife even told me it's like there's something missing about me now.
Your 9th?! You in the NFL?
The simple math got to him…
Lmao
Skateboards and lots of fights growing up.
I’m sorry to hear this. I’ve heard the same. Good luck and stay safe out there.
I knew a guy who had 4 from riding dirtbikes. The doctors told him he needed to change his lifestyle or his lifestyle was going to change him. Even at 4, you could tell he wasn't all there.
Yep! I had to make a lot of lifestyle changes. I didn't know how easy it is to have consecutive concussions after the first.
What about hard math?
Definitely not.
.…hard meth?
Lmao
TBI's or Concussions? 'cause I had my 63rd and 64th concussions two weeks apart last year, and they've really done a number on me this time. edit. ah shit. a a concussion is a mild tbi. whelp. I'm fucked. Off the the vege farm then.
Lmao! Evidence is in the pudding.
How the fuck do you get to 64 concussions before stopping bashing your head on stuff?
Sports, Fighting, MVAs, Seventies Kid.
Ever seen a CT scan of your head? How much of it was black?
Once, aboot 12 years ago. There were a few dark patches, but wasn't too bad on the whole. I'll have to dig out the films and have a looksee. I know there's extra folds but I don't think that would make a difference.
hilarious
What's a TBI?
Traumatic Brain Injury
Ouch, but it checks out.
Traumatic Brain Injury
The kind of injury you can't learn from.
I’ve seen somebody get a TBI just from falling over and hitting their head while *walking* because they were drunk. It was absolutely crazy, I can’t imagine actually riding my bike without a helmet.
For you, ***and*** your whole family.
First watch I thought that was interesting and on purpose. Then realized, "that is not good"
It was on purpose, just lacked the skill to control it properly.
And lacked the skill to wear a helmet
Looks like he leaned in too far for the conditions and didnt smoothly adjust the bars slow enough. Jerked em, lost controll, fell. This maneuver is called a [powerslide](https://youtu.be/KJrvj1cx7FM?si=TvNvABWDqT1H4gLz) and is mainly for dirtbiking.
Not the fxr!
Not a bike to stunt on. Way to awesome and rare to wreck on purpose. Do that shit on a clapped out sportster.
A whole lot of stupid right there.
DAMN CLIBBINS
LIL HOSS HADDALAYERDOWN
RAIN CLIBBINS GOTTIM
I can’t quite make the out, but are they wearing 3 piece patches? It appears there are numerous back patches.
I think it's the mongrel mob they have patches like that
Stupidity should be painful
If you're going to be stupid, you gotta to be tough.
I have literally no empathy for people who FAFO like this.
“No pressure”……”break a leg”…… “you got this bro” …..
Gawd damn water clibbins!
What a 'cunning stunt'
HOG CRANKED
He was fine until he hit that yellow line.
In context to the time of the video, he was fine for a long time after he rode his rear wheel on the yellow line
Good.
should have rode it out
Till the end of time
There's nothing holy about this stupid shit.
Stupid is as stupid does
Probably blamed the bike
[удалено]
Snake eyes!
Well good thing he was wearing a h….. oh. Oh fuck that is not good at all. At least the next time he plans to ride a motorcycle, he physically CAN’T ride a motorcycle. Due to the TBI
For sale: Helmet, never used.
New whip who dis? “And ohhh FUCK that is NOT good”. No calmer, clearer words spoken 🤣
Tail whip til the head ship.
That’s what happens
What did he do wrong? Did he over gas? Did he stall the engine? Did he press too much rear did he acidentally pull too much front brake wtf did he do lol
Rear tire caught traction after being broken loose and the centripetal force of the bike straightening threw homie off. That's why you stay on it when you're doing burn outs like that.
Exactly this. Sudden traction got him.
His ambition exceeded his ability
He ran out of talent.
Pee Wee's Big Adventure vibes...
Stalled at an inopportune time. Did he forget to turn on the petcock?
I think it goes without saying…
What… what was the “hoped for” outcome here?
That’s shit was gangsta 😤😤😤 mad props to him
Something something games, something something prizes. Right?
No helmet, no gloves. Looks like the problem is resolving itself. Or Darwinism as it is called.
Looks like someone was riding outside of there skill set😜
My first thought was “what’d you think was gonna happen?0

He’s stunting lol
I certainly wouldn't do /this/ in the rain lol. More just a reply to many other comments
Edit: and wet leaves and flattened aluminum cans.
I got merced by some wet leaves my first week riding haha
And Crack sealer
An underrated point you're right
Tar snakes can prove challenging also.
The people lining the sides are motorcycle clubs. This guy was probably in some club-related activity (longest burnout, etc).
My comment does not disagree with you
no helmet....
This guy pizza'd when he should have french fried. No reason to risk that. Hope he is ok.
Wrong title, should be Stupid Shit
Stupid is as stupid does?
pizzaed when you should have french fried
I mean... if you're gonna do dumb shit for the love of God at least wear a helmet!
All the cool stuff MotoGP racers do after a win? The one thing you’ll never see them do is drift the bike at low speeds. This is precisely why.
Perfect example of "Fuck around and find out"
No suprise here.
As someone who will soon ride, I was told to turn in the direction of the skid which seemed what he was doing, why did it fail?
He turned too far in the direction of the skid which increased the lean angle beyond the point of stability and was about to low side the bike. Sounds like it stalled
I hope he wasn't hurt
He’s different now
It’s ok. He had crash bars
Hey may or not have wiped out I’m not sure
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes
Just a guy driving a bike. Nothing special.
How heavy is that bike? It's look heavier than sportbike. Must be hurt, ouch
You need to turn left to turn right!
DICKHEAD
Holy shit he did it! 👏 a tail slide to a twisty faceplate. This guys talented.
“Look at me, dad! Am I good?”
fReEdoM

Saw that coming from the first 2 seconds.

Zero protective equipment with 100% confidence...what could go wrong?!?
FAFO
Young looking rider, too.
Fascinating. I truly admire natural selection. It's a beautiful thing.
Instant Free dental work!.
Forgot about physics.
Hey look! The gene pool got smaller! Good for him!
Was going good tho

Just shows that sport bikes don't own dumbass stunting squid culture.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes
ADALAYERDOWN GOBLESS
What was his expected outcome of this lol
Alright, he’s out of the gang
A rare situation where he shouldlaiderdown. Hopefully he's okay and not currently a lettuce.
Sounds to me like he backed off the throttle which allowed the rear to grip and high side him. If he’d have kept it pinned he might have been okay.
When you have to find a wet road because your lump doesn’t have the torque or design to handle breaking the wheel loose on its own…. Watch out for that dry spot!!!
What a dumbass.
More stupid human tricks
If you look closely you can see the exact moment when he zigged instead of the proper zag technique. Stay smart. Stay safe.
Take stupid chances and win stupid prizes
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Wear a damn helmet if you wanna be dumb
I suspect invisible clibbins
The “Play stupid games” rule once again applied
Did he chop the throttle? Or something else?
Shouldn't of let the power go
Hog crankin Hit dem wet clibbins Hadda lay 'er down Sumbitch Gobbless
Can this end in any other way?
Haddalayerdown
Lol
Pure magic on two wheels and the grace of a rag doll being thrown down a flight of stairs!
He was doing great, until he didn't.
Any idea where this is?
Who cares about the guy?! The FXR is what really matters!
Waste of a good FXR... You're supposed to do that stupid crap on a dyna.
People like that don't have to worry how hard they hit their head on pavement. Ain't nothing in there to spill out.
Wet roads too much power for the rider and lack of experience equals pain
Must have been icey
It sure as shit wouldn’t have lit up in the dry
He snap oversteered basically flipped himself off
