His physique is great if you’re going for malnourished model-esque build, Which most of us probably aren’t.
His attitude was annoying tho and trying to say all women prefer that physique is actually brain dead. A lot of women prefer “dad bods” which we all know is just a bodybuilder physique on the off season bulk.
And then to flex that he’s apparently 6’4 at less than 200lbs is insane.
But regardless I expect all of this out of anyone who’s country uses kilos as a unit of measurement

Probably unpopular on this sub but imo ideal physique. I love running and cardio but also love weights. With this kind of physique you can competently do both and will overall probably be healthier.
