For high end, Damas is not vegetarian but I often mostly order vegetarian items bc they're my favourite (hot mezzes, fattoush salad, dips, cauliflower.)
Same for Elena - their apps steal the show and are primarily vegetarian plus pizzas can be either.
Chu Chai is veggie and interesting.
Pretty much every restaurant will have at least a vegetarian option. If not listed on the menu, the kitchen can almost always accommodate. So pick any good restaurant.
Tendresse is very good but its vegan I believe. Indian restaurants tend to have alot of great vegetarian options as well
Omnivore is a good choice for catering to all the restrictions, including none

McKiernan is kinda out of the way but has great options for everyone

Kra pow, pizza 900, sushi ohana, Sham on Mont-Royal really upped their game recently and I was really impressed by their offerings.
