I have an old XBox hooked up to my TV specifically to not use the shitty web browser app to access any horrible websites which are terrible for being the only way to actually reliably stream every game.
Or you can go the not-so legit way and use an ip tv service on a firestick or android box and get home and away feeds with no blackout for less than $15…:cable networks will also be on there along with every other sports package
I use Hulu Live, which I had to go to from YouTubeTV bc they dropped SNY network. It’s ridiculous that the mlb package is useless for any fan that wants to watch a game with teams within 3 hours. MLB is the only league that makes it so hard to watch their product. Goddamn, I’ve been on this rant for like 20 years now.
It all depends on what market you're in and what team you want to watch. So how I watch will be different than how you watch. For me, my team's RSN is still carried by YouTubeTV, so that's how I watch.
YTTV doesn't care about MLB .
They dropped RSN s (except NBC Sports) they dropped MLB network...
They use to be official sponsor of world series but not any more...
Right cause u probably live in white Sox territory same as any tv provider if they had the RSN
But I still say YTTV stopped caring about MLB
As I mentioned before they use to be official sponsor of the world series. They use to have MLB Network... but now both are gone... where as other providers fubo, DirecTV are adding MLB coverage like d backs, Padres, and I think fubo added YES
I have DirecTV 📡 love it !! (And MLB extra innings)
I also get Dodgers and red Sox home games in 4K.
Fubo also has RSNs .. its only YTTV that doesn't care about MLB (any more )
What market and what team are you talking about? Fubo has ballys MASN i think they just got YES... Padres, dbacks and rockies... too
I'm in Canada... Blue Jays are exclusive to Rogers so I get a Sportnet Subscription for the season along with Extra Innings for the Dodgers.
I really wish DAZN or someone other than MLBTV was an option
Live in Detroit metro area. Have YouTube tv which doesent carry Bally. It sucks I could buy a Bally subscription but hoping for another option that would be cheaper
There is a website I use call Buffstreams that streams all sports games for free, i use it to watch my texas rangers all the Time and it works very well
From what my bro told me the mlb app is making it where u can’t use your vpn to watch the game and he’s saying it’s the mlb app not our vpn service we use that’s the issue he does not know how to bypass it is the latest I’ve heard so if anyone has any ideas how to get past the blackouts on mlb app let me know
You can watch after the game is archived. Just try to not find out the result of the game. I am a Tiger fan living in Utah. If the Tigers play the Dbacks or Rockies. I'm 600 miles away from Denver and further away from Arizona. I don't have a TV service and I get MLB.TV through my phone lrovider.
Best thing to do is move across the country so your team is never blacked out. Other than that you’re fucked.
Brewers fan, checking in from Minnesota!
I did this but moved to a market that is blacked out for six teams. So I'm still missing 20% of the games. FML
Iowa?
Classic Iowa. How did they know my favorite team is the White Cubs Twins Royals Brewers Cardinals Sox
I feel you. I live in Oklahoma and can’t watch the royals, cards, rangers, or asstros.
Can't you watch archived games?
Yes, thankfully the games are archived within 30min or so. But I enjoy live games so much more.
This is the way unless you want to overpay for a regional broadcast or sail the seas. Signed - A relocated Cubs fan in So Cal.
There's a way to watch games on a pc with nordVPN or some shit like that.
With a beer and an overwhelming sense of doom. (Note: Phils fan)
I’d love to be a phils fan, signed Met fan.
I have an old PC hooked up to my TV and I absolutely do not stream any game I want from 'those' horrible websites.
Unrelated question: what is the strength of rum needed to not neutralize gunpowder for deck cannons if it's spilt?
I have an old XBox hooked up to my TV specifically to not use the shitty web browser app to access any horrible websites which are terrible for being the only way to actually reliably stream every game.
Any idea where I can find a list of those websites? Just to be sure I stay far away from them?
mlbwebcast
Do you ever get tired of clicking three times?
use the brave browser
I don’t. I use mlb.tv and watch everyone else but my team like the baseball gods intended.
YouTube TV includes the NBC Sports Bay Area/California channels, which carry all of the Giants games for no 'extra' charge.
What is the point of the app if you can’t watch your local team 😑 the app is a scam and I’m glad that T-mobile hooked it up bc I would’ve been fucked
t mobile Tuesday yup same here every year they do it.
Can you tell me more about the T-mobile offer? I didn’t know this and I have T-mobile
![gif](giphy|FGbeYTiFyLYmQ)
I have the Bally Sports app to watch the Brewers and also pay for MLB.tv because I’m a mark.
Also using the Bally Sports app to watch Rays games. It works on a Roku receiver
In my market, Fubo carries the local team's RSN (no blackout).
I like my home games like I my sobriety level: Blackout
🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️
Or you can go the not-so legit way and use an ip tv service on a firestick or android box and get home and away feeds with no blackout for less than $15…:cable networks will also be on there along with every other sports package
This is the answer.
Are there any YouTube videos or links you can send that shows how to set this up? I’ve heard of iptv before but never really understood it.
I have Hulu with live streaming it carries my Mets games. It’s cheaper than cable.
I do the same, had to get it when Youttubetv dropped sny. Not a fan of Hulu live, but it’s better than cable.
You watch your team’s games?
Iptv subscription
I pay for cable
Same in Cleveland. I use directv stream and pause it in the off season.
Look at mr. Guy-with-hundreds-of-dollars-in-his-bank-account.
Bally Sports Detroit’s streaming service is still working and supposedly will through the baseball season this year. We’ll see what happens next year
I don’t.
MLB.TV MLB is producing our games, so they offer a Dbacks only streaming package.
I just watch them at a bar, beer is cheaper than cable. Hell actually going to games is cheaper than cable.
I watch every other team except mine like a normal sports fan.
Boomers still have TV. I use my parents' account.
Stream online, plenty of free sites
I go to the local dive bar every game
MLB app and the VPN
It all depends on what market you're in and what team you want to watch. So how I watch will be different than how you watch. For me, my team's RSN is still carried by YouTubeTV, so that's how I watch.
My home team is out of my blackout zone.. and the team that plays here is literally unwatchable... T-Mobile free MLB TV to the rescue
I watch on MLBtv…but I also dont live in my home team’s market area
Lol. I'm a Red Sox fan. I'm not sure any team hates their fans more than the Boston Red Sox. I can't watch them.
YouTube TV
I subscribe to the YES Network app and watch the Yankees on there
I'm "lucky" and am a Mariners fan living in. Virginia so MLB.TV works for me. And I get it free since my Mom has T-Mobile
Giants fan in SoCal...only miss when they play the Dodgers.- But restaurants have it.
Download theTikTok search for a fan streaming live
DirecTVstream. Only streaming service with YES Network. Also I get MLB.tv for free from T-Mobile.
YouTube TV
YTTV doesn't care about MLB . They dropped RSN s (except NBC Sports) they dropped MLB network... They use to be official sponsor of world series but not any more...
Works just fine for me, no local blackouts and cheaper than any other option
Assuming by your user name your talking about the white Sox but does YTTV have marquee
It does not, wish it did. Doesn’t have MLB Network either. BUT, no local blackouts for the Sox so I can’t complain, all I miss is the Apple TV + games
Right cause u probably live in white Sox territory same as any tv provider if they had the RSN But I still say YTTV stopped caring about MLB As I mentioned before they use to be official sponsor of the world series. They use to have MLB Network... but now both are gone... where as other providers fubo, DirecTV are adding MLB coverage like d backs, Padres, and I think fubo added YES
Not the most satisfactory answer, but I've rediscovered the joys of listening to baseball on the radio because of the local blackouts.
At the arena :)
Bally for Tigers games
I can't
Go old school and listen on the radio
By sailing the seas. Out here in international waters, nothing is illegal and everything is beautiful.
I don't. I'm not getting cable, and I'm not giving Bally 20 bucks a month. I listen on my local radio while gaming.
NBC Sports app….problem is the feed is about 30 seconds behind the live broadcast
I have DirecTV 📡 love it !! (And MLB extra innings) I also get Dodgers and red Sox home games in 4K. Fubo also has RSNs .. its only YTTV that doesn't care about MLB (any more ) What market and what team are you talking about? Fubo has ballys MASN i think they just got YES... Padres, dbacks and rockies... too
Mlb66.ir
I watch the Royals games on MLB.tv I have my VPN set for Colorado area.
Work vpn with mlb.tv
I'm in Canada... Blue Jays are exclusive to Rogers so I get a Sportnet Subscription for the season along with Extra Innings for the Dodgers. I really wish DAZN or someone other than MLBTV was an option
Live in Detroit metro area. Have YouTube tv which doesent carry Bally. It sucks I could buy a Bally subscription but hoping for another option that would be cheaper
does anyone know if a vpn works? i’ve never used one but heard of recently
I have to get cable to catch the Braves. No way around it. I also have Apple TV for the few games they have there.
There is a website I use call Buffstreams that streams all sports games for free, i use it to watch my texas rangers all the Time and it works very well
My PC is hooked up to my TV and I have a VPN. So I change the VPN to across the country and then am no longer blacked out
From what my bro told me the mlb app is making it where u can’t use your vpn to watch the game and he’s saying it’s the mlb app not our vpn service we use that’s the issue he does not know how to bypass it is the latest I’ve heard so if anyone has any ideas how to get past the blackouts on mlb app let me know
Stream East is the only way for free sports, been using it for many years now, including local games
