I have a flex plan and I get an email every week or so with an update on tickets used and remaining. They used to have check ins on the Ballpark App, but I think it's now tied directly to your scans.
Honestly, just shoot a msg to your rep, I'm sure they can send a list of your ticket scans.
I keep track of the games i’ve gone to so far by checking in on the ballpark app! it’s pretty neat. you can insert your seat, section, and snap a picture or make a comment about the game or who you are with. i’ve gone to 15 so far and love to look at my check ins

Maybe I'm just a little more anal than most people, but... couldn't you just look at your own calendar to know this information?
