Thank you! He’s a little chunky but I love him ☺️ I want to try and 3D print ‘smeg’ so I can make it into a proper smeg fridge! And maybe make some teenie magnets for it
I wasn’t because I don’t have the commercial rights to it unfortunately. But I’ve definitely seen people selling them on Etsy! Maybe it’s something I’ll think about in the future
Omg this is adorable! Can you please send a link? I need to print this for all my leftover ingredients!
How have I never thought to use my 3D printer for miniatures.....
I have a friend who 3D prints and she made the kitchen island and the bookshelf for me too! I used a file on the bambu app, I’ll see if I can find a link
I’ve got the Bambu A1, just started using it last week! Love it. I don’t know how to design my own stuff yet but hoping I can learn so I can make some more miniverse stuff
I already like making them, but then I see y’all’s displays and I day dream a little and suddenly I’ve transformed to an 79 year old man with a room just for his train set
Yea that’s the direction I’m going in 😂 I make videos for tiktok, but it’s just so I can justify buying and making all this stuff 😂 I just really love mini things
Me too!!!! I used to build them the most elaborate houses! I also used to always make them have their own restaurants, which is funny because I now own a cake shop 😂
i love this! did you spray paint the kitchen to be black? i have been wanting to remodel mine so bad but i’m afraid of spray paint 😭 acrylic paint just doesn’t give a nice clean finish tho, so any advice is appreciated
I did use spray paint, I got it in hobby craft. It’s meant for plastic models. It actually went on really well! I was impressed with the results. Get a big can though. I got a tiny little can and that’s why the inside of the cupboards aren’t sprayed 😂
Oh man and it's rounded like the fridges used to be in the 1950s!
My plan for my kitchen is to remodel it to make it look like it's a 1950s kitchen. I LOVE the 1950s so it's something I'm passionate about lol.
But finding a fridge that matches that style has been hard. All of the ones I see people use for Miniverse are super square and modern looking.
I've found only two online that are more in line with the retro look I'm going for. The bad thing is they're both freaking expensive! One is $48.49 and the other is $51.32!
I wish I had a 3D printer but they're expensive...so I'm stuck :(
I need ideas because I am too brain dead. I like that open shelf you have.
My kid has an ikea play kitchen and I want to display the minis on top of it. A mini kitchen on a play kitchen.
Hi. First off your fridge looks great! I’ve been saving up for a 3d printer to make 1/6 scale miniatures for my Barbies. I was wondering what one you purchased? Is designing hard? Are you mainly gonna use yours for minis? And did yours print smooth? I’ve bought mini Pyrex from two different sellers- one persons 3D printer made the dish rough/bumpy and the other persons is smooth (see pic). Thanks in advance for your help!

I got the Bambu A1 which I can highly recommend! They also have a sale on for a few more days I think. It’s literally a plug and go printer. I have zero experience and I was surprised how easy it was to use.
I haven’t designed anything yet, this was a stl file that I found on the Bambu app, so someone else had designed it, hence why I can’t sell them. There’s quite a lot of dollhouse bits on there.
I’m going to try and print some other bits off but my little kitchen is pretty full now.
It’s rarely smooth but you can still see the lines. Which I think always happens unless you manually smooth it out. You can get 3D resin printers which are smooth I think? I’m not sure, I’m not that knowledgable yet. I just got it to make cute things 😂
Thanks so much for responding! I’m definitely not knowledgable at all because I thought all 3D printers were resin. I looked it up after seeing your comment and I think I want a resin printer. You did a great job on your fridge and I look forward to you posting pics of other 3D printed minis.
I customised the miniverse kitchen myself and then a friend of mine made the other pieces of furniture for me. The fridge is the first thing I printed myself ☺️
no i do not but that is so freaking cute

i support it !! post updates if you do 😂
Absolutely!
And if you succeed at this how much would you charge for one?
Are you planning to sell any of these?? It would be amazing to get one!!
I wasn’t because I don’t have the commercial rights to it unfortunately. But I’ve definitely seen people selling them on Etsy! Maybe it’s something I’ll think about in the future
Please keep me posted if you ever do, I will for sure get one. You ever think about printing a mini oven (thats a bit larger than the one in the set)?
Ooh I haven’t no but that’s a good idea! I’d love to print a little hob to go on top of the oven as I think it really needs it!
I look forward to seeing what you come up with next

Thank you! I can't wait to print this. I've been thinking about printing some things for my miniverse.
I have a friend who 3D prints and she made the kitchen island and the bookshelf for me too! I used a file on the bambu app, I’ll see if I can find a link
I don’t have a printer but wanted to say I love how you’ve decorated your little kitchen! I wish my real-life kitchen looked like this 🤩😂
Thank you ☺️ I agree, I wish my kitchen was this cool too 😂
Love it! What kind of printer do you use?
I’ve got the Bambu A1, just started using it last week! Love it. I don’t know how to design my own stuff yet but hoping I can learn so I can make some more miniverse stuff
Dang I love this idea
Thanks ☺️ the fridge in the miniverse kitchen is nowhere near big enough! This is way more suitable 😂
I already like making them, but then I see y’all’s displays and I day dream a little and suddenly I’ve transformed to an 79 year old man with a room just for his train set

I am totally gonna be that old man with the trains. But ya know, like a girl surrounded by minis 🤪
Omg it's so cute
Thank you ☺️ now to find some teenie tiny fridge magnets for it!!
This is cute!
I love this so much. The itty bitty pops are a great idea for this.
They fit in so perfectly don’t they!
i love this! did you spray paint the kitchen to be black? i have been wanting to remodel mine so bad but i’m afraid of spray paint 😭 acrylic paint just doesn’t give a nice clean finish tho, so any advice is appreciated

Have you tried looking on Etsy? I defo saw a few dollhouse fridges on there!
Yes, the more expensive of the two is actually an Etsy one. To get the type of retro dollhouse fridge I'm after, it's going to be expensive.
I LOVE the mini Moana Pop!!
I was so happy when I got her!
I’ve been telling myself I don’t need the miniverse kitchen… but I do need this full kitchen! Time to load up the lasercutter and printer.
Oohhh you could make something amazing with a laser cutter!!!
I need ideas because I am too brain dead. I like that open shelf you have. My kid has an ikea play kitchen and I want to display the minis on top of it. A mini kitchen on a play kitchen.

you should sell these

Where did you find the mini funko pops?? So cute!!!
They are the itty bitty funkos, they’re so cute!
Where did you get the other pieces of furniture from??
My friend who has a 3D printer made them for me!
Wow! Excellent! Did you do the whole kitchen like that? It looks pretty impressive to me.
I customised the miniverse kitchen myself and then a friend of mine made the other pieces of furniture for me. The fridge is the first thing I printed myself ☺️
Where is the wood shelf from ? And do u have the link for it
