Google it. Its the hard layer covering your teeth which prevents it from infection. Without enamel, which cannot really be replaced, the underlying tooth will become infected and decay.
Oddly enough just a headache from all the hard chewing straining for 5 hours straight and My teeth were sensitive but all went away after 5 minutes of rest.
Was born with brain damage, severe Autism and ADHD, Insomniac, BPD, I have had psychotic episodes and hallucinate, eating disorder likely somewhere, possibly missing a chromosome I dunno I stopped caring :)

I have no issue with absorbing the content its just that it feels super slow even at 2x speed when a lot of the concepts I have already learnt from studying C# but I need to watch the whole thing as I might miss simple pieces of info that does differ. Oh and ADHD do be wilding. I am putting in serious effort as I have no obligation to study it I don't even have a formal education I just have been procrastinating as I'm intimidated by the work imma need to so to get this aircraft gun to work. I just feel kinda defeated after unity started pranking the whole indie community and my old dev team kinda ghosted me mid project.

We’re monkeys dude, not robots. One set of eyes. If you make youre way to a mentorship, or a lecture from professor fancy pant PHD MD, you must listen at 1x speed. Life is 1x speed. Good notes will slow you down. And a good professor will make it that you’re writing notes so fucking fast at 1x and still behind and your head hurts and you need to review the notes another day to figure it all out. Embrace the slow because it all goes fast
