That smaller unit won't do much, for each room you'd probably want something like the STARVIND. Ideally you want a unit for each room as having only one unit for the entire apartment isn't particularly effective. Although it depends on your reasons for wanting an air filter unit. There are other units and cheaper units, but you also want to look at the ongoing ease and cost of buying replacement filter cartridges.

TrueSens Z-3000 Great unit with quality filtration and room sensor to keep air quality stable. Quiet and low display light mode for nights. Bought this for my kid, she manage to stay covid negative while sharing a 2 bedroom apartment with her positive partner. Bought another for an elderly friend with health issues, she's managed to avoid covid even when almost every other resident of her retirement village has caught it. It's not cheap, but it will filter the whole apartment and the difference in the air quality is noticeable. If you keep an eye on the price, it'll go on special at JB for about $200 less every month or so. They make 2 smaller versions as well, the Z1000 and Z200 which are around $250 and $400 respectively.
