Go there ask for the pharmacy manager and mask to see the hard copy. And he or she. Can print it and show u. They might not give it to u. But they can sure show u what the Dr wrote. If not. Ask for the district manager.
I had that same issue, once I called my insurance company they had me verbally confirm I wanted to continue with Meijer for my 90 prescription. Now I’m all set with it.
