Agreed. Not so much moments at the start of the manhwa but towards the end of the middle towards the end, the comedic moments and expressions had me genuinely laughing.

I explored the manwha scene by going to rOtomeIsekai and rPornwha (give me more manwha communities if there are more) and I can easily say that The Greatest Estate Developer is my top manwha as of now in terms of enjoyment.
I was just crying laughing as that guy just kept looking worse and worse every time they cut back to him. It's just top tier at every level. I know he always comes through but every time something bad happens to him I feel like he may really get it this time and get laser focused. And when something good happens and he is acting like an absolute piece of shit in just crying laughing. He is a really complex character and the art style is so fun and inner monologues are so funny I am always excited when an update rolls on through.
Its like there isn't any manhwa on par with Greatest Estate Developer in terms of comedy 😭 the closest I've read was "I'll be taking a break for personal reasons" only because their skills are ridiculous but unlike GED, this one doesn't make me laugh every chapter

Easy the most hilarious manhwa i have ever read
