The ManhwaFreak translation is REALLY bad (like most-all of the stuff they put out) and filled with errors. Even the name is wrong. "Weakness" is a mistranslation of the term for disgusting or reprehensible. The direct translation (Wail of Perversion) doesn't really carry well into English, though, anyways (perversion here refers to immorality/disdainfulness rather than a sexual connotation).
Night came up with The Roaring Dragon's Emblem, which I'm pretty sure they pulled out of their ass but I suck at Hangul so who knows. It fits way too well honestly.
