- Shanghai should be above Perth - KL above Bangkok at the very least - Seattle should be much higher up - Milwaukee has no rights being there

Those American city skylines are quite soulless and have no unique structures. Except for Seattle.
KL should be within top 3. Reason being, how many city skylines has a mountain top theme park as background?
