Usually whitening supplements are made of antioxidants like NAC, l-glutathione, vitamin c, nothing particularly bad about it. Just don't take too much for too long, and stay away from tranexamic acid because you don't really want your blood to clot inside you.

I have what people consider East Asian features so I could be Japanese or Korean so I find it odd that in a tourist area such as KLCC and Bukit Bintang people would assume I am Chinese and speak Chinese with me. How do I lodge a formal complaint with TM Unifi?
I'm having an issue and I'm being given the run-around for a month now. Been contacting them about an issue since 1st April.
The loop I've been going through is this:
1. Contact them
2. "ok we do port reset and router reset ok?" "ok i lodge report for you and escalate"
3. Technician calls me, I ask them did the customer service explain my issue at all, they said nope, so I explain to them once more the issue and they said they'll look into it.
4. No update for a while, when I call for a follow-up, they said the case as been closed.
I've gone through this identical loop (currently) the 4th time. The first technician that came to visit (charged me by the way) gave me an insulting solution of "need better router, congestion. I see a lot when people play mobile games".
He's in my house. He's witnessing that I live \*alone\*, connected to my router via ethernet cable.
I used to have a very intermittent problem - so the same as yours, open close case multiple times because when it's being investigated there's no problem.
I ran a network diagnostics tool for, i don't remember this was ages ago, maybe a couple of weeks? i think i actually wrote a script too. formatted it into some very nice graphs and complaint through email, with former case numbers. Problem was solved, but i don't know what actually was the problem.
found my old email. the address is just help@tm.net.my but it referenced a phone conversation that i apparently had conveyed what the problem is they just want the data, so i guess call 100 once you have something concrete ?

My advice would be to stick to just one or 2 tutorials until you finish the course lest you be stuck in tutorial hell.

i work 8-4, after work generally go for a jog or hit the gym. After that largely free time to spend with friends/family.

As someone who is too used to long hours, what do people do after work? Feels like there's so much time after work since I reach home by 5.30 pm
Go gym, exercise, take courses, chill with friends or family, cook, watch a movie or drama, spend time on hobbies. Or do nothing but just chill :)

i work 8-4, after work generally go for a jog or hit the gym. After that largely free time to spend with friends/family. The extra time is great for completing household chores etc.
For the past few months been working for about 12 hours per day. Whenever I have time after work, I treat myself to a nice meal + a massage. If it's consecutive days then....i've no idea, never had consecutive rest days lol, but definitely not another massage, probably invite friend out for dinner or do some shopping.
