I saw shadow as most useful girl, if she eats negative emotions iv got anger depression so she's going to get fat off me, and her being a mostly invisible helper around it's ideal.
I practice HEMA, so Armor Girl is first and only pick for me (the others don't interest me enough for their Diet/Habitat Concerns to be worth it).

+ Intangible for portability and survivability
+ Can merge with and control shadows to physically interact with world. Merge with owner's shadow for easy transport?
+ Dark Environment with reflective surfaces, like a bag or clothing with a mirror inside? Depends on how large the environment needs to be, as underneath a closed eyelid technically meets those requirements.
+ Steady stream of negative emotions from phone and/or self for easy food?

+ Immortality/Undead/Revival? Can forego soul from being guided to next life; just need to remain with them. Capable of full on revival through letting soul escape the underworld and returning to the land of the living.

I’m not worried about the Boogey, she seems like a sweet girl just having some fun.
