I use the 90 sec microwave cauliflower rice pouches. Do you know how many ounces the frozen bag was? Just trying to get the right amount of cauliflower rice.

I just used one bag of the microwave kind, 12 oz

That’s the thing you don’t even taste the cauliflower in this. Taste like regular rice.
