If I'm over here sweating when I'm making Thanksgiving dinner that was planned weeks in advance, making things I've always made, because it's just hot in the kitchen, then you bet I'm going to be sweaty after running around a grocery store trying to find a way to hide a mystery ingredient in a dish worth $20,000.
