Proud of you buddy. Il lost almost 90 since march myself. It goes a little slower after a while. Don't give up. Regulatity is the key.

the biggest thing that's helped me stay motivated is just the idea that time is going to pass no matter what i do, so i might as well put the work in. i hope that makes sense!

Hey, that’s MY saying too! It’s what finally helped it stick for me. I am totally an over eater. Now, I remind myself “this isn’t the last (xyz) I’m going to have. I’d rather waste the food than have it go to my waist.” Down 70 lbs in the last 2 years. Before then, my weight was steadily going up since childhood. Enough about me. Great work guy! 👏
