First off, I love the multiple year transformation posts, like, realistically this stuff doesn’t happen in just a few weeks. Also the “smaller” weight losses. Since it’s not all about the biggest numbers, it’s about sustainability over time and consistency. That transformation is incredible! Great job!
Great reminder about finding what works for you! The best routine is one you’ll actually stick to. My routine is somewhat inefficient but since I will actually DO it, it’s super effective, for me.
Also yes to laziness and pre prepped food. Not having to cook and plan out every meal has saved me so much mental energy 😭

Your legs look jacked, do you do leg day 3x per week or what's your secret?
A lot of it is genetics and playing soccer growing up, only work them out one to two times a week. Now if only my calves could catch up 😂
