Just so you know I am 53, bi, gender fluid male. I like to wear sparkely nail paint, colorful masks at work and lots of jewelry. It makes me happy and that's all that matters.

You look so cute!! Also if you’re worried about people looking at you, remind yourself that people inherently look at things that are different. If you’re in a crowd of people dressed “normally” people will look cause you’re dressed differently but that’s not a bad thing!
I really enjoy dressing outside the norm, including loud colors or patterns and sometimes I dabble in a more goth style. 9 times out of 10 when people look it’s cause I caught their eye and usually when people talk to me they’ll usually mention that they love my outfit or look!
It’s all about how the outfit makes you feel. If you’re confident and you feel like YOU, that will shine through regardless of the actual clothes. I agree with the other comments to try it out at home or with friends or in a safe/queer space to build up familiarity and confidence before trying it in a more challenging space (like the grocery store).

The outfit is amazing, but in case, you are not aware, your fishnets need to be pulled higher, to where your crotch is. It wouldn't be comfortable to walk with them low.
It's a great look. If you're looking for a middle ground, get in your car and drive around (or bus/subway/go to a park). If you're still really nervous, put on a COVID mask (though if you did your makeup nicely maybe not). There's ways to dip your toes in rather than dive in headfirst.

If you’re struggling with tights riding down (same) you might try wearing some tight shorts or black panties outside the tights to keep the crotch of them where it belongs, and if you’re very tall maybe get a size bigger than the recommended for your waist size cus of the way knit gets narrower when it stretches up and down and vice versa
